Rigging
The structure hung above the stand from the hall ceiling — the logo tower and light bridge attach to it.
Cost, lead times, logistics, the guarantee and what awaits you on build day — answered as if to a neighbour.
No. We take your brief and present the approach with a written three-option budget within 48 hours — whether you choose us or not.
Floor area, structure type (custom / modular / hybrid), material class and fair location are the main items. Our quote lists every item separately; a quote that looks low but skips lines is an expensive quote.
Yes: three instalments — at signature, at production sign-off and at handover — are standard; we flex for corporate agreements.
No — the discovery call can happen online. The brief form and photos of your past fairs are usually enough.
No. Every layer is photographed and sent to you as it happens; we do the handover walkthrough together one day before opening.
Concept and revisions take 2–3 weeks, production 3–4 weeks. Starting at least 8 weeks before the fair gives the best result.
Two revision rounds are standard at concept stage; after production starts, changes proceed with written approval and a clear price.
Our duty crew is in the hall throughout the fair; whatever the fault, first response comes within two hours.
If you attend one fair a year, custom design; at three or more fairs, a hybrid system is usually more economical. We present the decision tree with the quote.
No — hall height, structural approval and fair regulations decide. We look at your hall file and give a clear answer within a day.
Hall lighting shows everything at the same intensity; the stand’s job is to build hierarchy. The right lighting plan measurably extends the time a visitor spends on your stand.
All of Türkiye, Europe (Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands) and the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia) are our regular grounds; for other countries we work project by project.
We do. Freight, customs and in-hall handling are managed from one desk; we give you a single date — the handover walkthrough time.
Reusable panels are labelled and moved to our warehouse with an inventory; the rest is separated and sent to recycling.
A written handover date, a build true to the approved 3D visual, and free correction of workmanship faults. No fine print.
Inventory check, renewal of worn surfaces and fresh graphics — the next build happens at savings of up to forty percent.
One phone call is enough. Thanks to our photographic record we see together what happened in which layer, and commit to the fix in writing.
Each explained in a single plain sentence.
The structure hung above the stand from the hall ceiling — the logo tower and light bridge attach to it.
The modular aluminium beam system that carries lights and graphics.
The plinth that lifts a product to eye level; its inside usually doubles as storage.
The stand’s main back wall — the brand surface read from farthest away.
The welcome counter; where first contact happens and brochures and cards live.
The closed cell inside the stand — catering, packaging and personal items stay here, out of the visitor’s sight.
The standard modular solution offered by the fair authority — quick, but it does not tell your brand’s story.
Space rented from the fair as bare floor — everything on it is built by the exhibitor (that is, us).
