Exhibition stands

Graphics and print

Print is the last thing finished on a stand and the most read. Type size follows reading distance, and material follows the venue fire requirement.

01

Reading distance

  1. 01

    Brand guidelines

Logo use, colour references and typefaces are collected. If there is no guideline, a consistent rule is derived from existing printed work.

  2. 02

    Layout

Graphic areas are set on the floor plan. Type sizes follow reading distance, and empty space is a decision too.

  3. 03

    Material and certificate

Print material is chosen for the surface and the fire requirement. The flame retardant certificate goes into the build-up file.

  4. 04

    Colour proof

Corporate colours are checked with a proof before the run. A colour that looks right on screen prints differently on each material.

  5. 05

    Printing

Print onto panel, vinyl, tensioned fabric or acrylic. Seams are planned around the artwork and never through the middle of a word.

  6. 06

    Application

Graphics are applied in the workshop and checked at the trial build. Panels leave knowing exactly where they will sit.

Fire certificates and site checks

What files should we send?
Will our corporate colour match exactly?
Can we renew the graphics for the next fair?

Do you have your fair dates?

The fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides are enough. We come back within two working days with a concept and a budget range.
