Builds across Europe, the Gulf and North America. Freight, ATA carnet and customs sit in the same contract, so you never deal with a local contractor.

A fair abroad is not a domestic fair carried further. Design and production follow the same discipline; the difference is logistics. The stand has to cross a border, arrive on time and come back with the same list it left on.
Those three jobs stay with us. The freight plan, the ATA carnet and customs clearance are inside the contract. You do not correspond with a contractor at the other end or send an advance to a firm you have never met.
Production happens in a workshop in Turkey and the site crew knows the stand from the trial build. In Europe we work through our German office; there is country detail on the Germany and Europe pages.

The schedule starts earlier than for a domestic fair. Production finishes against the departure date of the truck, not the fair date, and customs paperwork has to be ready before that. A week lost at home can be made up; a week lost at a border cannot.
On site the rules differ: build-up hours, safety documents, rigging permission and waste regulations change from venue to venue. The exhibitor manual is read before design starts.
Exhibitor manual, technical regulations and site rules are collected. Height, rigging and power capacity are known before design.
The stand is built in our workshop in Turkey and trial assembled. Every part that will cross the border enters the list at this stage.
The goods list is prepared and the temporary export document is issued. A part missing from the list causes trouble at the border.
Loading follows the assembly order, and the vehicle enters the site on the slot booked with the organiser.
The site crew knows the stand from the trial build. A technician stays on call for the run of the fair.
Dismantling, closing the carnet and the return leg. Reusable systems are numbered and booked into storage.

Europe is our main ground. German venues are places we work at regularly, and we also build in Italy, Spain, France and the Netherlands. Work in the Gulf and North America is planned around the fair calendar.
Choosing the fair is a decision of its own and comes before choosing the stand. Publications from AUMA and UFI are what people read when weighing up which fair carries which market.
Pricing sits in the same frame as at home: the ranges per square metre are on the pricing page, while freight and customs are budgeted separately.
We do. ATA carnet, freight and customs are inside the same contract; the detail is on the ATA carnet page.
Yes. The site manager speaks Turkish and English, and correspondence with the organiser runs in English or German. The exhibitor never has to translate between the two.
Goods that left on a temporary export have to return within the period. If the stand will be reused it comes back to Turkey and goes into storage.
On the left, the 3D visual presented to the client; on the right, the same stand photographed on the show floor. The gap between the two is the summary of how we work.

The fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides are enough. We come back within two working days with a concept and a budget range.
