Data protection notice

This notice is provided by Akros Mimarlık (Marmara Mah. Hürriyet Blv. No:223 Hasan Aslan Plaza K:3 D:14, Beylikdüzü / İstanbul) as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). For any question, reach us through the contact page or at info@akrosmimarlik.com.

What we process

When you fill in the quote or contact forms we process your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, fair details (fair name, date, city, stand area, stand preference, budget range), your message and, if you attach them, your floor plan and reference images. If you subscribe to the bulletin we process only your e-mail address.

For security, the browser signature of a submission is recorded. Your IP address is never stored in raw form; only an irreversible hash is kept to prevent abuse.

Why and on what legal basis

We process this data to answer your quote request, to run pre-contract discussions and to provide the information you asked for, based on KVKK art. 5/2-c (processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). The bulletin relies on your explicit consent and every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Who receives your data

Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing. The site is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Form notifications are delivered by e-mail through Resend (USA) as infrastructure provider; your name, contact details and message pass through this provider for the duration of delivery. Data may be shared with competent authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Quote and contact records are kept for at most 2 years for follow-up and are then deleted. The bulletin subscription lasts until you unsubscribe, at which point your address is removed from the list.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know the recipients, request correction, request deletion or destruction, request that these operations be notified to recipients, object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
