How long does it take?

Four weeks between design approval and the fair is enough for most projects. On-site installation takes 1–10 days depending on the stand type.

Who handles customs for a fair abroad?

We do. ATA carnet, freight and customs sit inside the same contract; you never deal with a separate contractor at the other end.

Can the stand be reused at later fairs?

Modular, maxima, rental and portable systems are designed to be taken down and put back up. 4 of 8 types are suitable for reuse: the graphics are renewed, the structure stays.

Production and Installation

Production in our own workshop, our own crew on site. The stand is assembled and tested in the workshop, then handed over in the hall in 72 hours.

Pre-assembly and light testing happen in the workshop.
An architect is on site; decisions are made on the spot.
The stand is handed over one day before opening.

Exhibition Logistics

Freight, customs, in-hall handling and storage during the fair from one desk. We keep the plan of the truck bound for Cologne and the tracking of every crate that enters the hall.

Domestic and international freight plans are ours.
We run the ATA Carnet and customs management.
