Taking a stand to Hanover means building in one of the 27 halls of Deutsche Messe, a fairground of 392,453 square metres. We have done it four times: three stands at HANNOVER MESSE and one at LIGNA, all produced in our Beylikdüzü workshop, trucked to Hanover and built by our own crew, with our Aachen office providing support on the German side. You fly in and find the stand ready the day before opening.
What we do at Hanover fairs
Deutsche Messe Hanover, with 392,453 square metres of exhibition space, is the biggest venue we work in. At HANNOVER MESSE we built 36 square metre maxima stands for Öz Metal in 2023 and for Genç Bombe in 2025, and a 35 square metre maxima stand for Tekno Vals in 2022. The 182 square metre maxima stand for Emintosun at LIGNA 2025 is one of the largest system stands we have built in Germany: on a system stand of that size the floor load and the rigging height are planned from the start against the hall management's file. The fairs on the calendar are EuroBLECH 20–23 October 2026, EuroTier 10–13 November 2026, HANNOVER MESSE 5–8 April 2027 and LIGNA 10–14 May 2027. Sheet metal, livestock equipment and industrial companies get the same workflow at all four.
Freight, customs and local support
The stand is trial-assembled in the workshop, then broken down and loaded onto the truck. We arrange the road freight from Turkey to Germany, the customs paperwork and, where needed, the ATA Carnet, and we follow Deutsche Messe's vehicle and build schedule for entry to the hall. Our Aachen office is on hand during the fair; the build crew is our own team from Istanbul. Companies from outside Turkey exhibiting in Hanover use the same route: the stand is produced in Istanbul, the freight and paperwork are ours, and you deal with one contact in English throughout.
Which stand type for Hanover
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in the hall in 1–3 days. All four of our Hanover stands are this type; the freight volume is small, the build is quick and the print quality is high, although panel joints remain visible.
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days to build. For an uninterrupted surface and dimensions drawn for your brand; the freight volume grows, so we open the calendar 8 weeks ahead.
- Island and corner stands: from 36 square metres, for plots with two open sides.

Frequently asked
- Which fairs in Hanover have you built at?
- HANNOVER MESSE in three separate years and LIGNA once. All on the Deutsche Messe fairground; the projects are on this page.
- When should we start for HANNOVER MESSE?
- The fair is in April; a design approved by the end of January leaves comfortable time for production and freight. For later starts we check the calendar together first.
- Who handles customs and freight?
- We do. Export paperwork for the stand, road freight and the ATA Carnet where needed appear as separate lines in the quote. If you are shipping products separately, we can put them on the same truck under our exhibition logistics service.
- Can you place heavy machinery on the stand?
- Yes. The 182 square metre Emintosun stand at LIGNA 2025 is a job of that scale; the floor load and the machine layout are drawn in the first step of the design and we obtain the approval from the hall management. Give us the weight and dimensions of the machine at the quote stage.
- Does your crew come to Germany, and what about the language?
- Installation and dismantling are done by our own crew from Istanbul. Our Aachen office provides support on the German side; if a technical question comes up during the fair, we remain your single contact.
- When should we start for Hanover?
- A comfortable programme starts 8 weeks before the fair; because a maxima system is quicker to produce, a later job can often still be fitted in. Freight days are added to the schedule; if the date is closer than that, we tell you first what can still be done and then run an accelerated programme.
