How does the stand get to Düsseldorf?

By truck from Istanbul under an ATA Carnet. We are in Düsseldorf the day before move-in, and our own crew does the build.

Is it too late for ALUMINIUM 2026?

The fair runs 6–8 October 2026; a maxima stand can still be done on an accelerated programme. Put the fair name, your floor area and the number of open sides into the quote form and within 48 hours we tell you in writing what is possible.

Can you hang aluminium profiles and heavy samples on the stand?

Yes. At aluminium fairs we draw vertical fixings for profile samples and floor plinths for heavy pieces. Give us the weight and length of the samples in the quote request; we draw the fixings and the plinths accordingly.

Who builds the stand and who handles the German correspondence?

Building and dismantling are done by our own crew from Istanbul. Our Aachen office provides the support on the German side. You talk to one contact throughout.

What do you need from us for the customs paperwork?

Your company details and a list of the products travelling on the stand. We prepare the stand's own paperwork and freight; the invoice and packing list for your products are filled in together with you.

For us Dusseldorf is first of all the aluminium fair. We have built stands for Eksen Al and Alfa Metal at ALUMINIUM Düsseldorf and for Saes at wire & Tube, all produced in Beylikdüzü, trucked to Germany and built by our own crew at Messe Düsseldorf. Our Aachen office is nearby; the support on the German side comes from there and it is on hand in fair week.

What we do at Dusseldorf fairs

We design the stand, submit it for approval as a three-dimensional visual, produce it in the workshop, trial-assemble it and hand it to freight. At Messe Düsseldorf the build, the handover walk and the dismantling are done by our crew. Graphics and print, the electrical plan, the technical file for the hall management: one contract covers all of it.

At ALUMINIUM Düsseldorf 2025 we built a 96 square metre maxima stand for Alfa Metal and a 42 square metre maxima stand for Eksen Al. For Alkor we built a 38 square metre maxima stand, and for Saes a 25 square metre maxima stand at wire & Tube 2024. The calendar has ALUMINIUM 6–8 October 2026, MEDICA 16–19 November 2026 and wire & Tube 3–7 April 2028. Medical companies at MEDICA get the same workflow, in maxima or in timber.

Freight, customs and local support

We arrange the road freight, the export paperwork and the ATA Carnet where needed; each appears as a separate line in the quote. Vehicle access hours and the build schedule at Messe Düsseldorf arrive with the organiser's file, and we follow that file. Our Aachen office is on site in fair week. If you ship products separately, we put them on the same truck as the stand under our exhibition logistics service, so one consignment clears customs instead of two.

Exhibitors from outside Turkey get the same route: the stand is produced in Istanbul, the freight and paperwork are ours, and you have one contact in English from the first drawing to the dismantling.

Which stand type for Dusseldorf

Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days to build. All of our Dusseldorf stands are this type: aluminium profile grid, printed panels, quick build.
Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days to build. For an uninterrupted surface and bespoke dimensions; the freight volume grows, so we start 8 weeks ahead.
Double-decker stand: from 60 square metres, 4–8 days to build; for companies that want a meeting room upstairs, subject to the hall management's structural approval.
