Draw your stand yourself and see it months before the fair.

In our browser-based 3D pre-design space you build your own timber or maxima stand, change it as often as you like and see how it looks instantly. When you like what you see, you request a quote for it with one click.

Design Your Own Stand tool — a corner stand in the 3D drawing space with size and type settings on the left
A real frame from the drawing space

From idea to quote in four steps.

Enter your dimensions

Enter the width, depth and height, and choose how many sides of your stand are open. Your drawing is built not on a blank page but in a real fair hall, with neighbouring stands and aisles.

Choose your structure

Switch between custom timber and the maxima modular system with one click. Both are drawn to real production dimensions, so you see the difference on your own stand rather than in a catalogue.

Work through the details

Add the wall finish, flooring, fascia, storeroom, lighting, your logo and furniture from counters to showcases. Every element can be clicked, dragged and adjusted in its own panel; the result is on screen instantly.

Request a quote for it

Send us the version you like with one click. The isometric, front and plan views are saved with your drawing, and our team gets back to you about exactly the stand you built.

Not a catalogue picture — your own stand.

Every option in the tool comes from the real systems we use on site; what you build on screen is a buildable stand.

Two real build systems

Custom timber and maxima modular; panel divisions and profile dimensions match the systems used on site.

Nine fascia configurations

From a hanging band to a portal, truss, perimeter band or ring — change the superstructure and see the stand’s character shift instantly.

A real decor palette

Plain colours, oak and walnut tones, stone and metallic finishes; walls can even be coloured panel by panel.

Storeroom and flooring

You set the storeroom’s size, corner and door direction, and change the floor finish and tone with a click.

Illuminated brand lettering

Type your company name and place it as illuminated box letters, acrylic or vinyl, with separate face and edge colours.

A sense of scale

You see your stand between its neighbours, with human figures for scale; you never have to guess how a 12-metre frontage reads in the hall.

A pre-design space

The best brief is the stand you drew yourself.

Projects that start with briefs like “make it modern and airy” spend their first weeks on mutual understanding. When you arrive with your own drawing, that time drops to zero: our team reads what you want from the stand you built, not from a paragraph, and develops the final design from there.

  • Your drawing is saved with its views; nothing needs describing over the phone.
  • The final design, structural checks and fair-regulation compliance are on our architects.
  • Because we talk over the same drawing, revisions speed up too: what changes is clear to both sides.

What people ask before starting.

Do I need technical knowledge to draw?

No. The setup wizard builds the first version of your stand with a few short questions, and you change it by clicking on it. No 3D software experience is expected.

Do I have to install anything?

No. The tool runs directly in the browser; there is nothing to install and no membership fee. It is most comfortable on a desktop computer with a large screen.

Which stand types can I draw?

Custom timber and maxima modular systems, on inline, corner, peninsula and island plots, at heights from 2.5 to 4.5 metres. Special structures such as double-deck stands still need our team.

Will my drawing be built exactly as it is?

The tool is a pre-design space: it settles the layout and feel of your stand. The final design, structural checks and fair regulations are handled by our architects — your drawing becomes the best possible starting brief.

How do I get a quote for my drawing?

The quote request button inside the tool sends your drawing, with its views, directly to our team. We reply in writing within 48 hours on business days.

Got the stand in mind? If you have no time to draw, leave your fair details and our team will build the first draft with you.
