Exhibition stand builders in Turkey

If your stand is going up in Turkey, the workshop and the hall are close. For us that means the lighting test is done a week early in Beylikdüzü, and a missing part on build morning is fetched from the workshop rather than improvised. The workshop sits in the same district as Tüyap; the same crew drives to CNR Expo and to the fair centres in Anatolia. We build around 40 stands a year, and on a Turkish job the workshop and the hall stay connected within the same day.

What we do at fairs in Turkey

We draw the stand, produce it in our workshop, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. The technical file for the hall management, the electrical and rigging applications, the graphics and print are ours as well; you arrive on opening day with your products. We walk the stand together the day before opening, and the handover is backed by a written guarantee.

Istanbul has two main addresses. At Tüyap Fair and Congress Center we built a 100 square metre custom timber stand for Yeniler Etiket at Avrasya Ambalaj 2025 and a 72 square metre timber stand for Karadağ İplik at Iplik Istanbul 2025. At CNR Expo Istanbul the Solinved stand at SolarEX 2025 was 110 square metres of timber; for Hongfa and Eonus we produced two maxima stands of 28 and 25 square metres for the same EV Charge 2025 show. Tandem’s 96 square metre timber stand at Intertraffic 2022 was built at CNR too.

We also leave Istanbul. We built a 36 square metre timber stand for Pcs Test; fairs in Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Konya and Gaziantep get the same crew on the same schedule. Where there is no exhibition hall we still build: a small event stand for Forma Makina at Çırağan Palace in 2025, listed on our showroom and events page.

Which stand type

We produce both main types ourselves; in Turkey the choice usually comes down to floor area and how much time is left.

  • Custom timber build: free dimensions from 20 to 500 square metres, uninterrupted surfaces, 2–5 days to build in the hall. Yeniler Etiket and Solinved were this type.
  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, printed panels on an aluminium grid, 1–3 days to build. Our first suggestion when the decision came late.
  • Island and corner stands: for plots at Tüyap and CNR with two or three open sides; 3–6 build days.

What to send for a quote

The fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides and the organiser’s floor plan if you have it. We reply within 48 hours; the first concept comes free with a three-dimensional visual, the written budget has three options and the scope is listed item by item. The quote form opens here, and our first reply says how much time the fair date leaves.

Our quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting, because two stands of the same size can differ a lot.

Which cities in Türkiye do you build in?
Production is in Istanbul; our build crew travels to every fair venue in Türkiye. Most of our work is in Istanbul (Tüyap and Istanbul Expo Center); we build at Ankara and Izmir fairs with the same crew.
We are a foreign company — how do we get a stand built in Türkiye?
We take the brief by e-mail or video call, you approve the design on a three-dimensional visual, and production happens in our Istanbul workshop. Correspondence with the organiser, power and hall applications are on us; you arrive at your stand on the fair day.
How quickly does a quote arrive?
The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days of the brief. The concept is free of charge and stays with you whether or not you choose us.
How many days does the build take at Tüyap or CNR Expo?
1–3 days for a maxima system, 2–5 days for a custom timber build. We take the organiser’s build days from the technical file and plan around them; the stand has already been trial-assembled in the workshop, so the hall holds no surprises.
Do you come to fairs in Ankara, Izmir or Bursa as well?
Yes. The stand is produced in Beylikdüzü, travels by lorry to the fair city, and the same crew builds and dismantles it. That is how the Pcs Test stand was done.
How do you get a heavy machine or a large sample onto the stand?
We ask for the weight and dimensions at quote stage and draw the floor and structure accordingly. We agree forklift access and loading hours with the organiser; once the machine is in, we close the remaining walls around it.
If something breaks during the fair, who deals with it?
We do. The build crew stays reachable after the handover walk, and at Istanbul fairs the workshop is close enough to replace a part the same day.
