Exhibition stand design

3D visualisation

A 3D visual is there to let you decide, not to sell. Lighting comes from the real fittings, materials from real textures, dimensions from the production drawing.

Design visualisation of the Yeniler Etiket stand at the Eurasia Packaging Fair: a green brand fascia on a dark body, timber display units and label rolls.

01

How the visual is built

  1. 01

    Floor plan

Entrance, circulation, meeting area and display zones are set. The model grows from the plan, not the other way round.

  2. 02

    Massing

Heights, structure and main surfaces go up. The venue height limit is checked at this stage.

  3. 03

    Materials and textures

Real panels, laminates and paint colours go into the model. A material we cannot get is not used in the image either.

  4. 04

    Lighting

The distribution and colour temperature of the actual fittings are defined in the model, along with the general hall light.

  5. 05

    Camera angles

Aisle, entrance and interior views. Eye level is the rule; a bird view is used only to explain the plan.

  6. 06

    Approval and drawings

The approved visual is an annex to the contract. Production drawings and graphic dimensions come out of the same model.

The gap between visual and built

How many images do we get?
Do you produce animations or virtual walkthroughs?
Is visualisation charged separately?

The approved visual, the stand as built

On the left, the 3D visual presented to the client; on the right, the same stand photographed on the show floor. The gap between the two is the summary of how we work.

Do you have your fair dates?

The fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides are enough. We come back within two working days with a concept and a budget range.
