Fairs in Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands and central Europe. Built in Turkey, installed on site, with freight and customs in one contract.

Europe is not one site. Build-up hours, safety rules, the way power is connected and how waste is handled all change from country to country. The one thing that does not change is the calendar: no fair anywhere opens late.
The way we work is the same everywhere. Design and production happen in Turkey, the stand is assembled once in the workshop, and then freight and customs take over. Responsibility on site stays in one place from start to finish.
Germany is a chapter of its own; those rules and venues are covered on the Germany page.

The venues below are the main European fairgrounds, and each publishes its own exhibitor manual. When weighing up which fair carries which market, UFI publications are among the sources people consult; the space application itself goes directly to the venue.
| Country | Venue |
|---|---|
| Italy | Fiera Milano |
| Spain | IFEMA Madrid, Fira de Barcelona |
| France | Paris Expo Porte de Versailles |
| Netherlands | RAI Amsterdam |
| Belgium | Brussels Expo |
| Austria | Messe Wien |
| Switzerland | Messe Basel |
| Poland | Ptak Warsaw Expo |

The structure, the graphics and purpose-built display units travel from Turkey. Carpet, plants, fridges and the like are sourced on site; carrying them across a continent helps neither the budget nor the schedule.
The split is made early, because every part that travels goes onto the carnet list. Locally sourced items are ordered in advance through the organiser forms rather than hunted down on site.
The pricing frame is the same as at home. Ranges per square metre are on the pricing page, while freight, customs and organiser charges are budgeted separately.
Across the European Union and in the United Kingdom. The decision depends on the calendar and the freight plan rather than on the country itself.
As an export of services, with the export exemption applied. The quote states plainly which item falls under which regime.
The site manager speaks Turkish and English, and in Germany correspondence runs in German. Dealing with local suppliers is our job.
On the left, the 3D visual presented to the client; on the right, the same stand photographed on the show floor. The gap between the two is the summary of how we work.

The fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides are enough. We come back within two working days with a concept and a budget range.
