Exhibition logistics — high-bay warehouse with labelled crates

Whichever continent your stand travels to, it is in place on opening morning.

We run transport, customs and in-hall logistics to fairs across Europe, America and Asia from a single desk. Every lesson from the road became part of the system; all you need to know is the handover time.

Contact and contract

We work with the same discipline on three continents.

Every region has its own rules, its own lead times and its own surprises. We know all three by heart.

Europe

We run road freight with our own trucks; Cologne in 4 days, Milan in 5. We handle the ATA Carnet ourselves.

KölnFrankfurtMilanoParisAmsterdam

America

Sea freight waits at the port at least a week before the fair; critical parts are backed up by air. Our local broker network is ready for US customs.

Asia & the Gulf

In Dubai and Riyadh we work with our own warehouse partners; at Far East fairs we finish production locally and cut freight cost.

We take on all of the logistics; you are left with a single date.

01

Freight planning

Route, vehicle type and loading order follow your fair calendar; the first crate to open in the hall is the last one on the truck.

02

ATA Carnet & customs

We prepare the temporary export papers; you work with a team that knows the customs routine by heart.

03

Insurance & assurance

The cargo is insured door to door; every crate is received and handed over with a photographed record.

04

In-hall handling

Forklift and crane bookings, empty-crate storage and in-hall handling permits are settled with the fair authority in advance.

05

Dismantling & handback

At closing our own crew dismantles the stand, and the space is handed back clean and to the hall’s rules.

06

Reverse logistics

The return load is planned with the same care after dismantling; unused material is separated and sent to recycling.

We turned what the road taught us into rules.

Every rule is the outcome of something that really happened on site. That is why none of them bend.

Rule 1

Sea freight is at the port a week early.

Every transoceanic load waits at the port at least a week before the fair — so neither a storm nor a strike can move your opening hour.

Rule 2

Every crate carries a spare-parts box.

Screws, fixings, LED drivers and printed-surface spares travel with every shipment. "We will bring it tomorrow" is not in our vocabulary.

Rule 3

Every route has a plan B.

Strikes, closed border gates, cancelled departures — we have seen them all. Now every move has a contracted alternative route and carrier on standby.

The outcome of this system fits in one sentence: to date we have never missed an opening and never lost a single part.

Exhibition freight — cargo truck on the road

Sustainable logistics is not marketing for us; it is method.

  • Instead of single-use packaging, we use reusable transport crates built for a ten-year life.
  • We consolidate return loads to cut empty kilometres and the carbon footprint.
  • After dismantling, material is separated and everything recoverable goes to recycling.

The most asked logistics questions

Can we use our own freight company?

You can; but fair logistics differs from standard freight — hall slots, empty-crate management and customs lead times are half the job. If you use your own carrier, we still do the planning and run the process together.

What if the load is late?

Every move has a contracted alternative route and carrier; critical parts are backed up by air when needed. We work to protect your opening hour — and to date we have never missed one.

What determines the logistics cost?

Volume, route, transport mode and the fair calendar are the main items. The quote lists freight, customs, insurance and in-hall handling as separate lines; you will not see a surprise invoice.

Share your fair date and destination city; we send the route plan, the schedule and a written logistics budget within 48 hours.
