How does the fair calendar decide the stand type?

Write the calendar into a three-column table: name of fair, floor area and open sides, city. With one fair a year the reuse calculation does not apply; pick the type that suits that show and pay nothing for portability. With three or more at similar sizes, a modular system divides the cost across shows. Where the sizes differ sharply, one system will not cover them all and the large show needs its own layout. The city column drives freight volume, and with it the gap between timber and a system.
