Choosing your space: why position beats price

Ömer Faruk Süer · Senior Sales Manager · 3 min read · Last updated:

Three-dimensional design visualisation of the stand: corner layout, illuminated brand fascia and graphic-clad walls.

Short answer

What should you look at when choosing a space?

Start with the number of open sides: in-line, corner, peninsula and island plots offer very different design freedom. Then look at aisle flow, since the door visitors come through and the direction they walk decide how visible the stand is. Third, check the physical obstacles inside the plot: columns, fire cabinets, service ducts, escape routes. All of this sits in the organiser’s hall plan and technical manual, and should be read before the space contract is signed.
