Short answer

How should screens be used on a stand?

A screen is there to show what is hard to describe: a production process, an assembly sequence, the product running, an installation on site. Height follows viewing distance: a screen watched from the aisle goes high, a screen watched at a table sits at eye level. Content has to work with the sound off, carry subtitles and repeat on a short loop. A screen added to fill an empty wall does no work at all.
