What rules apply on a defence fair stand?

Three rules set the plan. First, access: part of the stand is a closed area entered on badge control, through a single point. Second, photography: many products may not be photographed, so sensitive exhibits are positioned out of direct view from the aisle. Third, scheduling: most meetings are with delegations at fixed times, so the waiting area and the meeting room are separated. Together these shift the floor area away from display and towards enclosed volume.
