Stand layout at packaging fairs

Uğur Yılmaz · Brand & Visual Communications Manager · 3 min read · Last updated:

The stand after installation, before the fair opened: quality and experience messages on the fascia and an illuminated product-panel welcome counter at the front.

Short answer

How are samples displayed at a packaging fair?

Not with scattered cases but with a single sample wall. Hundreds of small pieces only become legible on a regular grid: the same shelf depth, the same spacing, the same backdrop. Shelves are concentrated between 90 and 170 centimetres, because a sample outside eye level is not noticed. Label and print detail comes forward under high colour rendering spotlights; ambient hall light flattens it. Visitors are expected to pick samples up, so replacement stock lives under the shelving.
