Exhibition stands at Haliç Congress Center

Haliç Congress Center is not a fair hall; it is a venue for congresses, launches and corporate events. A company coming here does not want a large exhibition stand from us but a sponsor stand in the foyer, a launch area at the entrance to the auditorium or a tidy presentation point in a congress exhibition. We draw the layout accordingly: a short build, clean surfaces, a footprint that does not get in the way of the event. The stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, built on site by our own crew and dismantled when the event closes.

Event stands at Haliç Congress Center: our experience

In a congress venue the set-up window is far narrower than in a fair hall, often the day before the event and sometimes the same morning. That is why the stand is finished in the workshop: trial assembly and lighting test in Beylikdüzü, parts numbered and delivered, only the assembly left for the venue. Set-up hours, loading rules and power points are followed from the event organiser’s technical file; we do not guess a rule we do not know, we ask beforehand.

What we do on this kind of job is described on our showroom and events page. A concrete example: in 2025 we built an 8 square metre timber event stand for Forma Makina at Çırağan Palace, a piece that carried the whole brand in a small area. We suggest the same approach for Haliç Congress Center. Other venues in the city and the fair calendar are on our Istanbul page.

Which stand type

  • Custom timber build: an uninterrupted surface specific to your brand for a launch or sponsor stand; we have applied it from 8 square metres upwards, produced in the workshop and built on site in a short time.
  • Portable stand: for small spaces in a congress foyer, a set one person puts up quickly; enough for a catalogue and presentation corner.
  • Maxima system: for companies taking a larger area in a congress exhibition, printed panels on an aluminium grid, built in 1–3 days.

Put the event name and date, your floor area and the event programme in the quote form; the first concept comes free within 48 hours.

How we work

The calendar for an event stand is shorter than for a fair, but the order is the same: brief, first concept with a three-dimensional visual, written budget in three options, design approval, workshop production and print, trial assembly, assembly on site. Our own crew builds and dismantles the stand and delivery is backed by a written guarantee. If the event date is close we first tell you what can still be done, then run an accelerated programme.

Frequently asked

How much time is needed for the build in a congress venue?
The set-up window is set by the event organiser, often a day or a few hours. Because the stand is finished and trial-assembled in the workshop, only the assembly remains on site and we fit inside that window.
Can we show the product running at a launch?
Yes. We ask for the weight and the power requirement in the quote, draw the plinth and the cable route accordingly and declare the power point in the organiser’s technical file.
Who dismantles the stand?
Our own crew. At the end of the event we take the stand down in the slot the venue gives and load it; you collect your products and material and leave.
What should we send for a quote?
The event name and date, the size of the area allocated to you, the event programme and the organiser’s layout plan if there is one. Tell us what you will show and the first concept is drawn around it; the first concept is free of charge.
