Exhibition stands at Messe München

Messe München is known for heavy machinery and construction equipment fairs, which means the hall regulations are strictest on floor loading and machine access. If a heavy product is going on your stand, load capacity and machine-in hours must be settled before the design is. Some halls open onto outdoor space. A stand built outdoors needs a different structural class from one inside: wind load, ground fixing and weather all enter the calculation. Trying to solve both situations with the same drawing is a common mistake. Height permits, rigging applications and electrical drawings are documented separately in Germany, and deadlines fall weeks before the fair. We handle that paperwork and the correspondence with the organiser. Production is completed in our Istanbul workshop; the stand is fully assembled and checked before it travels. Freight, customs and the ATA Carnet are ours, and our own crew installs.
