Exhibition stands at ADNEC

The first thing a company from Turkey asks about a stand at ADNEC is how it gets there. Our answer is the same as for every fair: we produce the stand in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, put it through a trial assembly, ship it to Abu Dhabi under ATA Carnet and build it in the hall with our own crew. Customs, the correspondence with the hall management and the dismantling are ours too. You arrive at VIV MEA with your products.

Building at ADNEC: our experience

ADNEC is the exhibition and congress venue of Abu Dhabi. We have no published project at this venue yet; for work going to the Gulf, freight in a hot climate, a build in an air-conditioned hall and the customs paperwork follow the routine described on our Dubai page. The United Arab Emirates page covers freight and customs for the country as a whole.

We do not make up hall rules. Build and dismantling hours, the height permit, power and rigging requests are followed from the organiser’s technical file, which we prepare and submit. The fair calendar for the city and our working timeline are on the Abu Dhabi page.

Trade fairs at this venue

Our calendar for ADNEC has VIV MEA, 23–25 November 2027. For livestock, feed and poultry equipment producers the stand is drawn around the equipment; the structure for heavy items such as cages, feeders and machines is calculated at quote stage. The preparation we do for EuroTier, its European counterpart, applies here as well, and our work in the livestock sector is listed on the industry page.

Freight, customs and local support

The stand leaves Turkey under ATA Carnet and returns on the same carnet after the fair. The item list is prepared in the workshop and the shipping date is counted back from the build day of the fair. Because freight to the Gulf adds time to the calendar, we ask to start 8 weeks before the opening. How the freight is planned is on the exhibition logistics page; our builds in 10 countries are described on the international exhibition stand page.

Which stand type

  • Maxima system: aluminium profile grid and printed panels; little room in transit, a short customs list, built in the hall in 1–3 days. Our first suggestion for Gulf work.
  • Custom timber build: an uninterrupted surface specific to your brand; trial-assembled in the workshop and shipped in sections, 2–5 days in the hall.
  • Country pavilion: for companies exhibiting inside a national participation, a stand that carries the shared identity and the company’s own at the same time.

Ask for a quote with the fair name, floor area and number of open sides; the first concept comes free within 48 hours.

Frequently asked

Who handles freight and customs to Abu Dhabi?
We do. The stand leaves under ATA Carnet and returns on the same carnet; the item list is prepared in the workshop. The shipping date is counted back from the build day of the fair, and the lorry or container is planned around the slot given by the hall management.
Who builds and dismantles the stand?
Our own crew travels from Istanbul, builds the stand and takes it down on the closing evening. The hall’s build rules are followed from the organiser’s technical file.
Can you put heavy equipment such as cages, feeders or machines on the stand?
Yes. We ask for the weight and dimensions in the quote, draw the structure and the floor accordingly and declare the floor load and the power requirement in the technical file.
What should we send for a quote?
The fair name and dates, the floor area, the number of open sides and the organiser’s plot plan if you have it. Send the list of equipment you will show and its weight and the first concept is drawn around it; the first concept is free of charge.
