Exhibition stands at CNR Expo Istanbul

CNR Expo — officially the Istanbul Expo Center (İFM) — sits in Yeşilköy, right beside the former Atatürk Airport. The location has two concrete consequences for exhibitors: visitors and delegations arriving from abroad reach the hall quickly from the airport, while city traffic directly affects build-up and dismantling hours. We plan the schedule with both in mind. Most halls offer column-free spans, which means design freedom on larger plots. Height limits and rigging permits, however, are assessed hall by hall. If you are considering a double-decker stand or a banner suspended from the ceiling, decide as early as possible: the permit process starts before the drawing does. A large share of the fairs held at CNR Expo attracts international exhibitors. That changes the scale of neighbouring stands and how competitive the stand language needs to be. Building a stand that a foreign buyer can read is not simply a matter of adding English copy; the product display and the meeting area are planned differently too. Production is completed in our Istanbul workshop, where the stand is fully assembled and checked before it travels. We prepare the documents the hall regulations require and handle the correspondence with the organiser; our own crew installs.
