Hall height and rigging permission differences

Short answer

Is rigging possible in every hall?

No. Whether you can rig depends on the structure of the hall, the condition of the roof frame and the venue’s own rules; some halls do not allow it at all and others allow it only for certain plot types. Where it is permitted an application is required, giving the weight, size and fixing points of the element and usually a structural calculation. Application and installation normally run through the venue’s approved supplier. The conditions vary by venue and by hall, are published in the technical manual and are reissued each edition.
