Exhibition stand builders in Bursa

Bursa is one of the fair cities closest to our workshop: the stand leaves Beylikdüzü in the morning and the build starts in the hall the same day. That proximity makes two things easier. A part that turns out to be missing during the build comes from the workshop the next day, and for jobs that arrive shortly before a fair the accelerated programme genuinely works. We work with automotive suppliers, textile and machinery companies; we design, produce, build and dismantle the stand.

What we do at Bursa fairs

The fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides come in; within 48 hours we send the first concept as a three-dimensional visual. After approval we submit the technical file to the organiser, produce in the workshop and assemble the stand once with a lighting test before it ships. Graphics and print, the electrical and lighting plan are ours. The hall's height limit and build hours come with the organiser's file, and we follow that file.

For automotive suppliers the 60 square metre maxima stand we built for Waspo at Automechanika Istanbul 2024 is a direct reference, and on the textile side the 72 square metre timber stand for Karadağ İplik at Iplik Istanbul 2025. Both are on the projects page; the industry pages are automotive, textile and machinery and industry. Companies from Bursa exhibiting in Istanbul will find our Tüyap and CNR Expo work on the Istanbul page.

Exhibitors from outside Turkey get the same service in Bursa: one contract, one contact in English, our crew in the hall for the build and the dismantling.

Freight and build schedule

A comfortable programme starts 8 weeks before the fair: design approval at 6 weeks, workshop production and print files at 4 weeks, trial assembly and shipping at 1 week. Because the road to Bursa is short, the freight allowance in the schedule is small, and for a maxima stand we can take on late jobs on an accelerated programme. Your products travel on the same truck as the stand; the details are on the exhibition logistics page. The handover walk is the day before opening and the dismantling at the close is ours.

Which stand type for Bursa

  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days to build in the hall. For automotive and machinery companies that need heavy part fixings and an uninterrupted surface.
  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days to build. The type we build most for tight calendars and plots between 25 and 60 square metres.
  • Island and corner stands: from 36 square metres, 3–6 days to build; on plots with two or four open sides we turn the product towards the aisle.

Frequently asked

When should a stand for Bursa be ordered?
At least eight weeks before the fair for a custom timber stand, four weeks for a maxima system stand; for builds abroad we add a week for freight and customs.
What determines the price?
Floor area, stand type, number of open sides, height, fittings and venue rules. The quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting.
The fair is close. Can it still be done?
For a maxima stand we take on late jobs on an accelerated programme; with the short road to Bursa the schedule is close to that of an Istanbul fair. Put the fair name and your floor area into the quote form and within 48 hours we tell you in writing what is possible.
Who builds the stand, and does the crew stay in Bursa?
Building and dismantling are done by our own crew. During the fair you reach us by phone; if something is missing or fails, the part comes from the workshop the next day.
Can you put a heavy part or a running machine on the stand?
Yes. Give us the weight and dimensions in the quote request; we draw the floor load, the fixings and the power supply in the first step of the design and obtain the approval from the hall management.
Can we see the stand before the fair?
Yes. A timber stand goes through a trial assembly in the workshop; you can come from Bursa, see the stand and approve the graphic proof on the spot.
Which venues in Bursa do you build at?
Most of our Bursa work runs at the Bursa International Fair and Congress Centre (Merinos), where the textile, automotive supplier and machinery fairs are held. Because we know the hall’s build hours and vehicle access, we plan freight around them. If your fair is at another venue we read its technical regulations and build the same plan for it.
