The crew that produces the stand travels to Las Vegas. At US fairs some tasks inside the hall may belong to the organiser's local contractor; we settle this at the technical file stage and write the scope item by item. We walk the stand with you the day before opening and hand it over in writing.

Do you make the lockable display cases and product hangers?

Yes, in our workshop. The case locks, glass and internal lighting are produced together with the stand, and the product hangers are drawn for the weight and size of your products. At the trial assembly we lock the cases and test their lighting before anything is packed.

Exhibition stand builder in Las Vegas

Taking a stand (a booth, in local terms) to Las Vegas means a longer calendar and a thicker file than a European fair. We have done this in the United States before: the 54 square metre timber stand for Er Bakır at Interwire 2025 in Atlanta. The same crew works on Las Vegas jobs; the stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, shipped to the US and built at Venetian Expo by our own people.

What we do at Las Vegas fairs

The fair we follow in Las Vegas is SHOT Show, on 19–22 January 2027 at Venetian Expo. For a company showing firearms, hunting or defence products the design starts with the lockable display cases, the product hangers and the light falling on each item; the maxima stand we built for Ağaoğlu Silah at IWA 2025 in Nuremberg is an example of that kind of stand. Freight, customs and local support

A stand travels to the US by sea or air, and we choose according to the schedule and the volume of the stand. Sea freight needs an earlier departure, so for US jobs we bring production forward well ahead of a European timetable and confirm the shipping date in writing at the quote stage. We issue the ATA Carnet for temporary import, follow the exit from Turkey and the entry into the US, and bring the dismantled stand back on the same document after the fair. At US fairs some of the work inside the hall is reserved for the organiser's appointed local contractors; at the technical file stage we set out which tasks our own crew can do and which go to the local crew under hall rules, and put it in writing for you. Which stand type for Las Vegas
