Exhibition stands in Ankara

Ankara’s fair calendar draws a different visitor profile from the rest of Türkiye: public procurement officers, defence industry suppliers and healthcare institutions. That profile shapes the stand directly — an enclosed meeting area, a presentation screen and a table for reviewing documents serve you better than a showy mass. At fairs built on scheduled meetings, giving half the stand to seating is not unusual. Each of Ankara’s fair and congress venues keeps its own technical regulations; height limits, rigging permits, electrical and fire rules differ by hall. We prepare that paperwork and handle the correspondence with the organiser. Production is completed in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. The stand is fully assembled there, passes a lighting test and is dismantled before shipping; the road distance to Ankara eases the build schedule. Our own crew handles the installation — we do not hand the hall to a subcontractor meeting the stand for the first time. If you are exhibiting in Ankara, the best time to talk is before you choose your plot: the number of open sides and the position within the hall change what you get out of the same floor area.
