If you are exhibiting in Ankara the stand comes to you from Istanbul, and the only visible consequence for you is one freight day in the schedule. We produce the stand in our Beylikdüzü workshop, assemble it once with a lighting test before it ships, bring it to Ankara by road and build it at ATO Congresium with our own crew. The 36 square metre timber stand for Pcs Test went exactly that way.

What we do at Ankara fairs

ATO Congresium is the venue we work in; the calendar has the Kalite Quality Fair 4–7 November 2026. For test and measurement equipment, defence suppliers, machinery and companies selling to public tenders the stand follows the same workflow: the fair name, floor area and number of open sides come in, we send the first concept as a three-dimensional visual within 48 hours, and after approval we submit the technical file to the hall management, produce in the workshop and handle graphics and print.

On a test equipment stand we set up a layout where the instruments are shown in working order, so a bench at the right height for desktop equipment, sockets and lighting go into the plan from the start. Freight from Istanbul and the build

The stand leaves the workshop broken down and loaded on the truck; the build crew is in Ankara the same day. Vehicle access and build hours at ATO Congresium arrive with the organiser's file, and we follow that file and obtain the technical approval. Your products can travel on the same truck if you wish; the details are on the exhibition logistics page. We walk the stand together the day before opening and hand it over with a written guarantee; when the fair closes we dismantle it as well.

Exhibitors from outside Turkey get the same service in Ankara: one contract, one contact in English, our crew in the hall.

Which stand type for Ankara
