Do we need approval for height and ceiling rigging?

At Messe Frankfurt stand height and ceiling rigging are subject to the organiser's approval; we apply right after the design is signed off. Production does not start before the approval is in, so there are no surprises in the hall.

Who orders electricity and internet?

We do. The power load is calculated from the lighting and your machines and entered into the organiser's system; internet and water go into the same file. All we need from you are the power ratings of your machines.

How is the stand handed over?

We walk the stand together the day before opening; lighting, graphics, furniture and electrics are checked and a written handover is signed. During the fair our crew is reachable by phone, and at the close we dismantle the stand ourselves.

Exhibition stand builders in Frankfurt

Messe Frankfurt has ten halls and 366,637 square metres of exhibition space, which means your stand will be judged next to some of the largest stands in Europe. Our job is to make a 40 or 100 square metre plot look considered in that company. We draw in Istanbul, produce in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, plan the truck around the delivery slot of your hall and build with our own crew.

What we do at Frankfurt fairs

Two fairs bring us to Frankfurt. Automechanika Frankfurt gathers parts and workshop equipment manufacturers; on an automotive stand that usually means hanging heavy components on the walls or bringing a vehicle onto the stand, and we draw the structure for that load from the first sketch. formnext runs on 17–20 November 2026; for a company bringing an additive manufacturing machine we put the machine load, its power supply and the compressed air line into the floor plan before anything else. What we build for machine makers is collected on the machinery page. Both fairs take place at Messe Frankfurt.

For an example of our work in Germany, look at the İba Kimya stand at PaintExpo 2024 in Karlsruhe: 100 square metres of custom timber build. The 60 square metre maxima stand for Ağaoğlu Silah at IWA 2025 in Nuremberg came from the same crew. Frankfurt runs on the same freight, customs and build-up routine as those two cities.

Freight, customs and local support

The stand travels by truck in labelled crates; the exit from Turkey and the entry into Germany run on an ATA Carnet that we issue and follow. After the fair the dismantled stand returns to Turkey on the same carnet. We write the technical file for Messe Frankfurt, order the electricity and water, and apply for the rigging permit if anything hangs from the ceiling. Which stand type for Frankfurt

Custom timber build: our choice for larger plots and for stands that carry a vehicle or a heavy machine; 2–5 days of build-up in the hall.
Maxima system: aluminium profile grid with printed panels, built in 1–3 days; our first suggestion when the organiser allows few build-up days.
Double-decker stand: for companies that want the meeting room upstairs and the whole ground floor for product; we obtain the height approval.
