Does the stand go to Doha by sea or by air?

Either. Sea freight leaves earlier and carries more volume; air freight leaves later and is our choice for lighter stands. Both options are written into the quote and the decision is taken together against the calendar.

Who handles customs and the ATA Carnet?

We do. The parts list of the stand goes on the carnet and we follow the exit from Turkey and the entry into Qatar; if your products travel with the stand we add their list to the carnet. There is nothing for you to prepare.

Who builds the stand in Doha?

Our own crew, the same people who produce the stand in Beylikdüzü. Build-up and dismantling hours come from the organiser's and the venue's documents; we walk the stand with you the day before opening, hand it over in writing and dismantle it at the close.

The question we hear most from companies heading to Doha is whether bringing a stand from Turkey is realistic. It is. The stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, shipped to Qatar by sea or air and built in the hall by our own crew. Customs, the ATA Carnet and the correspondence with the organiser are ours; you arrive with your products.

What we do at Doha fairs

Whichever venue in Doha you are booked into, the order of work is the same: brief, three-dimensional concept, written budget, design approval, the organiser's technical file, workshop production, trial assembly, freight, build-up, handover and dismantling. Rules on stand height, closed walls and materials vary from one fair to the next; we read them at the technical file stage and draw the stand to fit. Graphics and print come from our workshop, and the furniture and lighting travel with the stand.

Freight, customs and local support

A stand does not travel to Qatar by road; we choose sea or air freight according to the schedule and the volume of the stand. Sea freight needs an earlier departure, so for Doha we bring production forward compared with a European fair and write the shipping date into the schedule from the start. We issue the ATA Carnet for temporary import, follow the exit from Turkey and the entry into Qatar, and bring the dismantled stand back on the same document after the fair. We know how timber and surface finishes behave in a hot climate and choose materials accordingly.
