Machinery and Industry trade fair stands

The machinery fair stand we built for Emintosun: red brand logo on an anthracite back wall, aluminium profile processing machines on display in front and grey carpet flooring.

The first question on a machinery stand is how much the machine weighs and how it gets into the hall. That is where our plan starts: floor loading, the forklift route, room around the machine for service access and demonstration, and a power and compressed air point if it will run. The stand is drawn once those are settled.

What we do for you at machinery and industrial fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and dismantle it when the fair closes. The power and compressed air application, the floor loading notice and the machine delivery slot go to the hall management from us. Graphics and print are ours; for fairs abroad so are the stand freight, the ATA Carnet and customs. Your machine travels with your own forwarder, and the day and gate it enters the hall are written into our build-up programme.

Height and sight lines get talked about early. A long machine goes parallel to the aisle rather than into a corner, so the visitor walks along it. Instead of a sign hung above the machine we draw a tall brand wall behind it; it reads from the far end of the hall and needs no separate rigging permit. A lockable cabinet for spare parts and a closed room for technical talks go into the plan.

Which machinery fairs we work at

In Istanbul, MAKTEK Eurasia at Tüyap runs on 28 September–3 October 2026 and WIN EURASIA at CNR Expo on 2–5 June 2027. In Germany, HANNOVER MESSE at Deutsche Messe Hannover is on 5–8 April 2027 and formnext at Messe Frankfurt on 17–20 November 2026; our Aachen office gives local support at German fairs. EMO Milan is at Fiera Milano on 4–8 October 2027 and Interwire at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta on 4–6 May 2027. We know the Hanover halls from the woodworking machinery side: the 182 square metre maxima stand for Emintosun at LIGNA 2025 was our build there. At bauma 2025 in Munich we built the 153 square metre maxima stand for GMS.

Which stand type for a machinery stand

  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days. An aluminium grid that goes up quickly around the machine once it is in the hall; the GMS stand was this system.
  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. For a tall brand wall, recessed cabinets and a closed technical room.

With several machines on an island plot we arrange them so visitors can walk round all of them.

How we work

Fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides; within 48 hours you get a free first concept in three dimensions and a written budget in three options, scope itemised. Start 8 weeks before the fair: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4, trial assembly and lighting test at 1. Put the machine’s weight and dimensions in the brief; we add the floor loading notice to the technical file. The quote form is here.

Our stand types: size and on-site build time

We produce all of them in our own workshop. The size range and on-site build time come from our recorded projects; if you are undecided we draw two types for the same floor area and show them side by side.

  • Custom Timber Build
    Size
    20–500 m²
    Build
    2–5 days on site
    Projects
    13 published projects

Purpose-built timber stand produced from scratch for each show.

  • Maxima System
    Size
    12–200 m²
    Build
    1–3 days on site
    Projects
    18 published projects

Aluminium profile frame with clad panels; fast to install.

  • Modular
    Size
    9–150 m²
    Build
    1–2 days on site

Component system built from aluminium profiles and panels; quick build and a small shipping volume.

  • Double Decker
    Size
    60–600 m²
    Build
    4–8 days on site

Meeting space on the upper level; two floors on the same footprint.

  • Island and Corner
    Size
    36–800 m²
    Build
    3–6 days on site

Open on all four sides; approachable from every direction.

Shared area for many exhibitors with individual booths and one welcome desk.

Stands we have built

We have not published a project under this heading yet; these three stands from other fairs show the work of our workshop.

Frequently asked

Who places the heavy machine on the stand?
The hall’s forklift and your forwarder, to our build-up programme. The stand floor is finished before the machine arrives, with the machine’s footprint reinforced to the floor loading calculation. Our crew is in the hall for placement.
Can we run the machine on the stand?
Yes. Put the power rating and the compressed air requirement in the brief; we make the hall application and bring the supply in hidden under the machine.
Who handles freight and customs for Hanover and Frankfurt?
We run the stand freight, the ATA Carnet and customs, and our Aachen office gives support on the German side. Your machine travels separately on its own export papers.
When should we start?
For a custom timber build, 8 weeks before the fair; for a maxima system, 4 weeks. Fairs abroad add transit time, and for a US fair such as Interwire in Atlanta the sea freight is long enough that we start earlier than 8 weeks. If you start later we first tell you what can still be done.
