Exhibition stand builder in Abu Dhabi
A company exhibiting in Abu Dhabi is rarely new to the Gulf; it usually knows the routine from Dubai and wants the same thing here. We bring that routine to ADNEC: the stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, shipped by sea or air and built in the hall by our own crew. Customs, the ATA Carnet and the organiser's technical file are ours.
What we do at Abu Dhabi fairs
Our venue in Abu Dhabi is ADNEC and the fair we follow is VIV MEA, on 23–25 November 2027. For a company bringing livestock equipment, feed technology or poultry systems the main task is showing the equipment running: the floor load, the power supply and the water connection go into the plan first. The livestock and agriculture pages collect the stands we have built in those sectors.
We do not yet have a published project page from Abu Dhabi. Freight, customs and local support
A stand does not travel to the Gulf by road; we choose sea or air freight according to the schedule and the volume of the stand. Sea freight needs an earlier departure, so for Abu Dhabi we bring production forward compared with a European fair and write the shipping date into the schedule from the start. We issue the ATA Carnet, follow the exit from Turkey and the entry into Abu Dhabi, and bring the dismantled stand back on the same document after the fair. The technical file for ADNEC and the organiser, the electricity order and the height approval are written by us. We know how timber and surface finishes behave in a hot climate and choose materials accordingly. The full process outside Turkey is on the international stand page.
Which stand type for Abu Dhabi
- Custom timber build: uninterrupted surfaces, dimensions drawn for your brand, reinforced floor for heavy equipment; 2–5 days of build-up in the hall.
- Maxima system: aluminium grid with printed panels; light enough to make air freight worthwhile, built in 1–3 days.

- Yes: ADNEC. Hall rules vary by fair; we submit the technical file to the organiser.
- When should a stand for Abu Dhabi be ordered?
- At least eight weeks before the fair for a custom timber stand, four weeks for a maxima system stand; for builds abroad we add a week for freight and customs.
- What determines the price?
- Floor area, stand type, number of open sides, height, fittings and venue rules. The quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting.

- When should the stand leave for Abu Dhabi?
- With sea freight, noticeably earlier than for a European fair; that is why the design starts at least 8 weeks before the fair and production is brought forward. Air freight leaves later but carries less volume; both options are written side by side in the quote.
- Who handles customs and the ATA Carnet?
- We do. The parts list of the stand goes on the carnet and we follow the exit from Turkey and the entry into Abu Dhabi. If your products travel with the stand we add their list to the carnet; there is nothing for you to prepare.
- Can we run live equipment on the stand?
- Yes. You give us the power rating and any water requirement, we place the electricity and water order with the organiser and check the floor load in the technical file. At build-up the equipment is switched on and handed over working.
- Who builds and dismantles the stand?
- The crew that produces the stand in Beylikdüzü travels to Abu Dhabi. Build-up and dismantling hours come from ADNEC's and the organiser's documents; we walk the stand with you the day before opening and hand it over in writing.
