Exhibition stands at Istanbul Congress Center

A company coming to Istanbul Congress Center is usually a congress sponsor or one of the exhibitors in the exhibition area, and what it wants from us is a stand that goes up in a few hours in the foyer or the exhibition hall, holds its shape through the congress and comes down the same evening the last session ends. We treat this as a different job from a fair stand: small footprint, short build, clean surfaces, one message. Production in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, build and dismantling by our own crew.

Event stands at Istanbul Congress Center: our experience

In a congress venue the deciding factor for us is the set-up window. The slot given by the event organiser is often a day, sometimes a few hours; the venue’s loading rules and power points are in the organiser’s technical file as well. We do not invent a rule we do not know, we get the file in advance and plan to it. Because the stand has been through a trial assembly and a lighting test in the workshop, only the assembly remains on site.

What we do on congress exhibitions, launches and showrooms is on our showroom and events page. A recent example: in 2025 we built an 8 square metre timber event stand for Forma Makina at Çırağan Palace, a piece that carried the whole brand in a small area. We think on the same scale for Istanbul Congress Center. The city’s exhibition venues and fair calendar are on our Istanbul page.

Which stand type

  • Custom timber build: an uninterrupted surface specific to your brand and a lockable cupboard for a launch or sponsor stand; applied from 8 square metres upwards.
  • Portable stand: for a small space in the foyer, a set one person puts up quickly; the right choice when a catalogue table and a back wall are enough.
  • Maxima system: for companies taking a larger area in a congress exhibition, printed panels on an aluminium grid; built in 1–3 days.

Ask for a quote with the event name, date, floor area and programme; the first concept comes free within 48 hours.

How we work

Brief, first concept with a three-dimensional visual, written budget in three options, design approval, workshop production and print, trial assembly, assembly on site. The event calendar is shorter than a fair’s, so the steps are compressed, but none is skipped. Delivery is backed by a written guarantee; if the event date is close we first tell you what can still be done.

Frequently asked

How long does the build take in a congress venue?
It depends on the window given by the organiser, often a day or a few hours. Because the stand is finished and trial-assembled in the workshop, only the assembly is done on site and we fit inside that window.
Who follows the venue rules and the power connection?
We do. We obtain the event organiser’s technical file, plan loading hours and power points from it and submit the power request through that file.
Can we show the product or machine running on the stand?
Yes. We ask for the weight and the power requirement in the quote and draw the plinth and the cable route accordingly and declare the power point in the organiser’s technical file.
When is the stand dismantled, and by whom?
At the end of the event, in the slot the venue gives, our own crew takes the stand down and loads it. You collect your material and leave.
