What we do for a company exhibiting in Doha is what we do for Dubai: the stand is produced in Istanbul, shipped by container or by air, and built in the hall by our own crew. The tiring part of exhibiting in Qatar is not the drawing of the stand; it is the shipping calendar, the temporary import document and the venue’s approval file. We write all three into the contract and follow them on your behalf.

What we do at fairs in Qatar

We draw and produce the stand in our workshop in Beylikdüzü; the trial assembly and lighting test are finished there, then the stand is packed and shipped. In Doha the build and the dismantling are our crew’s job. The technical correspondence with the organiser, the structural and electrical approval, the graphics and print are ours; Arabic or English copy comes from you and goes to print as supplied.

Freight, customs and local support

Shipment to Doha goes by sea in a container or by air; we choose whichever the calendar allows and write the shipping date into the contract. With sea freight, production is pulled forward by weeks. We issue the ATA Carnet for temporary import and follow customs at the Turkish exit and the Qatari entry; the stand returns on the same carnet after the fair. The venue’s stand design approval, the height and structural drawings and the electrical file are prepared in the organiser’s format and chased by us. Which stand type

Because packed volume matters on a long shipment, the maxima system is our first suggestion: 12–200 square metres, compact in a container, 1–3 build days. For companies that want an uninterrupted brand surface or have taken more than 100 square metres we build custom timber, 2–5 build days. We draw both for the same plot and show them with the shipping difference alongside; the decision is yours.
