We know Karlsruhe through PaintExpo at Messe Karlsruhe: in 2024 we built the 100 square metre custom timber stand for İba Kimya there. The stand was produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, trucked to Germany, built in the hall by our own crew and dismantled when the fair closed. Every new Karlsruhe job rests on the same crew, the same freight route and the on-site support of our Aachen office.

What we do at Karlsruhe fairs

The İba Kimya stand at PaintExpo 2024 in Karlsruhe was a 100 square metre custom timber build for a chemicals company at a paint fair, with 13 images on the project page. Other stands we have built for paint, coatings and chemicals companies are on the industry page.

The fair we follow is PaintExpo; the next edition runs on 25–28 April 2028 at Messe Karlsruhe. Freight, customs and local support

The stand travels by truck in labelled crates; the exit from Turkey and the entry into Germany run on an ATA Carnet that we issue and follow. After the fair the dismantled stand returns to Turkey on the same carnet. We write the technical file for Messe Karlsruhe, order the electricity and apply for height and rigging approval where needed. Our Aachen office provides support on the German side during build-up week. The truck leaves one week before the fair. Everything we do in the country is on the Germany stand page.

Which stand type for Karlsruhe

Custom timber build: the İba Kimya stand was this type; uninterrupted surfaces, dimensions drawn for your brand; 2–5 days of build-up in the hall.
Maxima system: printed panels on an aluminium grid, built in 1–3 days; our first suggestion when the organiser allows few build-up days.
Island and corner stands: on plots with several open sides we turn the sample wall towards the aisle.
