Chemicals trade fair stands
At a chemicals fair the product stays in the drum; what the buyer sees is the result. A painted panel, a coated surface, two samples side by side showing what the additive does. We build the stand for that comparison: a wall that holds sample panels at a height you can look at closely, lighting under which a colour card reads true, surfaces as clean as a laboratory, and a closed room where a technical conversation stays inside. We built the 100 square metre timber stand for İba Kimya at PaintExpo 2024 in Karlsruhe; a custom timber build delivers this layout from a single hand.
What we do for you at chemicals fairs
We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and dismantle it when the fair closes. Graphics, print and the technical file for the hall management are ours; for fairs abroad so are the stand freight, the ATA Carnet and customs. Your sample panels and any chemicals on display travel on your own export and safety papers, and the organiser’s rules on what may be shown are tracked in our technical file.
On a paint and coatings stand colour accuracy comes before everything else. The sample wall is lit to match the light your colour cards were prepared under. Panels sit on hangers that can be swapped, so a new sample that arrives during the fair goes straight onto the wall. For raw material and additive producers the product is invisible, so the stand itself does the talking: an uninterrupted surface, good light and a large, plain brand wall.
Which chemicals fairs we work at
In Istanbul at CNR Expo, TURKCHEM Eurasia runs on 25–27 November 2026 and Turkcoat / paintistanbul for paint and coatings on 24–26 November 2027. In Germany, PaintExpo at Messe Karlsruhe is on 25–28 April 2028; in 2024 we built the 100 square metre timber stand for İba Kimya there. The European Coatings Show at Messezentrum Nürnberg is on 27–29 April 2027. Our Aachen office gives local support at German fairs.
Which stand type for a chemicals stand
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. The İba Kimya stand was one of these; sample wall, closed room and uninterrupted surfaces from a single hand.
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days. Panel hangers are fixed to the aluminium grid; it eases the schedule at a short fair such as TURKCHEM.
- Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, built in 3–6 days. The sample wall faces the aisle, the meeting rooms sit in the middle.
How we work
Fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides; within 48 hours you get a free first concept in three dimensions and a written budget in three options, scope itemised. Start 8 weeks before the fair: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4, trial assembly and lighting test at 1. Frequently asked
- How do you mount sample panels and coated surfaces on the stand?
- Panels go onto the sample wall on swappable hangers; for heavy metal and glass panels the back structure is reinforced, and the lighting is matched to your colour cards.
- Can you build a closed meeting room?
- Yes. A room with a door and its own lighting that is not visible from the aisle, with a table, a screen and a sample cabinet inside. The room is listed as its own item in the itemised scope, so you see what you are getting from the start.
- Who handles freight and customs for Karlsruhe and Nuremberg?
- We do. The stand leaves the workshop by road, we open the ATA Carnet and clear customs, and our Aachen office gives support on the German side. Your chemical samples travel separately on their own safety and export papers.
- When should we start?
- Starting 8 weeks before the fair for a custom timber build, or 4 weeks for a maxima system, gives a comfortable schedule. German fairs add road transit, so start earlier; if a job comes in late we first tell you what can still be done.
