Middle East Energy stand builder
The engineer who walks onto your stand at Middle East Energy wants to see inside the product: the switchgear door open, the cable section on the wall, the transformer on the floor. We draw the stand around the weight and the power demand of those products. Dubai World Trade Centre has 17 halls and 105,000 square metres; the energy fair spreads over several of them, so the first drawing shows how your stand reads from the aisle.
What we do for you at Middle East Energy
We draw the stand in Beylikdüzü and send a three-dimensional visual for approval. Production is in our own workshop: a reinforced floor for cable drums and transformers, a wall that can be wired from behind for switchgear, an angled mount for solar modules are made there and go through a trial assembly. Then dispatch: freight, temporary import documents and Dubai customs are ours. We handle the technical file, the power rating and the floor load declaration with the hall management. Our own crew builds the stand and dismantles it on closing night.
If your product will be shown live, with the panel energised, we enter the power and protection details the hall management asks for into the technical file and route the cables under the floor. Stands we have built at energy fairs
An energy company heading to Dubai usually looks at our Istanbul work first: the 110 square metre timber stand we built for Solinved at SolarEX 2025. On the charging side, the Hongfa EV Charge 2025 Istanbul exhibition stand and the Eonus EV Charge 2025 Istanbul exhibition stand are maxima stands of 25–28 square metres. For Dubai we draw the stand afresh for that hall and add freight and customs.
Which stand type for Middle East Energy
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; for panel and switchgear products we add a reinforced wall to the grid.
- Custom timber build: reinforced floor for heavy product, wireable walls, closed room; 20–500 square metres, 2–5 build days.
- Island and corner stands: a transformer or generator goes in the centre, visible from four sides; 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days.
Schedule
In a comfortable programme the brief, first concept and budget come 8 weeks before the fair; design approval and technical file at 6 weeks; workshop production and print at 4 weeks; trial assembly and dispatch at 1 week. Build in the hall during fair week, handover walk the day before opening, dismantling at the close. Heavy product going to Dubai by sea is dispatched earlier still. As soon as the date of the next edition is fixed, write the fair name and your floor area into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours.

Frequently asked
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
- Can you place a transformer or a generator on the stand?
- Yes. We ask for the weight and footprint, file the floor load declaration with the hall management and draw a reinforced platform underneath where needed. The forklift slot is arranged with the hall by us.
- Can we show the product energised, on live demonstration?
- As far as the hall rules allow, yes. Power and protection details go into the technical file, the hall's authorised contractor makes the connection, and we prepare the cable routes and concealed ducts.
- How do freight and customs work for Dubai?
- Stand and products travel on temporary import documents and we run the process. Heavy product can go by sea while light material and graphics go by air; we plan both to enter the hall on the same day.
- Who builds the stand, and how many days does it take?
- Our own crew; maxima in 1–3 days, timber in 2–5 days. We follow the hall's build hours and do the handover walk with you the day before opening.
