What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Do you take the stand and our products to Germany yourselves?

The stand, yes: freight, ATA Carnet and customs on both sides are ours. If a heavy machine or sample should travel on the same lorry we plan that at quote stage and ask for weight and dimensions then.

Who builds the stand at Deutsche Messe, and who keeps track of the hall rules?

Our own crew travelling from Beylikdüzü builds and dismantles it, with our Aachen office supporting on site. Build hours, height and rigging rules are in the hall management's technical file; we follow it and obtain the necessary approvals on your behalf.

Can we show a heavy machine part on the stand?

Yes. We take the weight and dimensions at quote stage, produce a reinforced platform and put the forklift slot into the build plan. The clearance around the product goes into the plan from the start.

Who do we call if something goes wrong during the fair?

Our Aachen office is your contact inside Germany. We walk the stand with you the day before opening and the handover comes with a written guarantee.

HANNOVER MESSE exhibition stands

We have taken stands to this fair three times, each time the same way: produced in Beylikdüzü, loaded onto the lorry, through customs and built in the Deutsche Messe halls by our own crew. Those stands, for Tekno Vals, Öz Metal and Genç Bombe, are below. A Turkish industrial company coming here gets one contract, one contact and an office it can reach inside Germany.

What we do for you at HANNOVER MESSE

We draw the stand, produce it in the workshop, run the trial assembly in Beylikdüzü and dispatch it. Fair logistics are ours: freight, ATA Carnet, customs on both sides, the technical file and the hall applications at Deutsche Messe. Our Aachen office supports us on the German side and is your contact on site in build week. When the fair closes we dismantle the stand ourselves.

Deutsche Messe Hanover is a large site, 27 halls and 392,453 square metres; your hall decides the lorry gate and the build slot, so we plan that from the start. On an industrial stand the product is usually heavy: rolls, valves, dished heads, machine parts. We put it on a platform, in its own light, with room to walk around it, and write the section and dimension data on the wall beside it rather than on a screen.

Stands we have built at this fair

In 2025 we built the 36 square metre maxima stand for Genç Bombe, in 2023 the 36 square metre maxima stand for Öz Metal and in 2022 the 35 square metre maxima stand for Tekno Vals. All three are the same scale, maxima stands of 35–36 square metres. Our larger project in the same halls is the 182 square metre maxima stand for Emintosun at LIGNA 2025. Which stand type

Maxima system: what we used on all three Hanover projects; the profiles load compactly on the lorry and the build in the hall takes 1–3 days, with a timber product platform added.
Custom timber build: for large plots and a seamless brand surface; produced in the workshop, built in 2–5 days.
Island and corner stands: product on the open sides, meeting room against the closed one.

Timeline for the 2027 edition

The next fair runs 5–8 April 2027. Trial assembly and dispatch fall on the same day, allowing for the lorry's days on the road. Brief, 3D visual and budget on 8 February 2027; design approval and technical file by 22 February; workshop production and print files by 8 March; trial assembly and dispatch on 29 March; build in Hanover in fair week, handover walk on 4 April and dismantling on the evening of 8 April.
