Our own crew. The stand goes through a trial assembly in Beylikdüzü, then travels to CNR. We walk it together the day before opening, hand it over with a written guarantee and dismantle it at the close.

Can our products stay on the stand overnight?

The lockable showcases and the closed back room are there for that, but the decision rests with the organiser's and the hall management's rules. We ask on your behalf and put the answer in writing at quote stage.

Istanbul Prohunt Hunting, Arms and Outdoor Fair exhibition stands

At a hunting and arms fair the stand has to show the product at eye level in good light and keep it secure at the same time. When we draw for Prohunt the lockable showcase and the rifle wall sit at the centre of the design; the visitor sees the product up close and it stays put. In 2025 we built a 60 square metre maxima stand for Yazıcılarav at CNR Expo.

What we do for you at Istanbul Prohunt

We draw the stand, produce it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it at CNR Expo with our own crew and dismantle it at the close. The technical file, the electricity and rigging applications, graphics and print are ours.

On a firearms stand the product wall is a joinery job: fixings drawn to the length and weight of the rifle, backlighting, a lockable glass showcase. For accessories and optics we build a showcase table that can be handled and locked. For outdoor equipment we draw shelving for clothing and footwear and an open setting for tents or large gear. We follow the organiser's and the hall management's security rules; locks, showcases and fixings are produced to them. A closed room for dealer meetings at the back is on most of our stands.

Stands we have built at this fair

In 2025 we built the 60 square metre maxima stand for Yazıcılarav. We add the rifle wall and the showcases in timber onto the maxima grid. In the same halls we built the 110 square metre timber stand for Solinved at SolarEX 2025 and the maxima stand for Hongfa at EV Charge 2025. Our sector page is firearms; for fairs abroad we work with freight and customs included at IWA OutdoorClassics in Nuremberg and SHOT Show in Las Vegas.

Which stand type

Maxima system: as on the Yazıcılarav stand, for medium plots; printed panels on an aluminium grid, rifle wall and showcases in timber, built in 1–3 days.
Custom timber build: when showcases, walls and the meeting room are drawn as one piece with seamless surfaces; produced in the workshop, built in 2–5 days.
Island and corner stands: rifle wall on the open side, lockable showcases at the corner, meeting room at the back.

Timeline for the 2027 edition

The next fair runs 2–5 June 2027 at CNR Expo. We start 8 weeks out on 7 April 2027 with the brief, the 3D visual and the budget; design approval and technical file by 21 April; workshop production and print files by 5 May; trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop on 26 May; build at CNR in fair week, handover walk on 1 June and dismantling on the evening of 5 June. Locks and fixings are tested with the real product at trial assembly. For later starts we work out an accelerated programme.
