What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Can we run the charging units live on the stand?

Yes. We take the total power and the connection type at quote stage and file the electrical application with the hall using those figures. Cables run inside the platform, so a visitor holding the connector is not stepping over them.

How do you prepare the floor for a heavy DC charger?

We take the unit's footprint and weight and produce a reinforced platform for it. If the unit enters the hall by forklift we put the delivery slot into the build plan, and pre-drill the fixing points in the platform.

What about height limits and rigging at CNR Expo?

The height limit and the ceiling rigging rules are in the hall management's technical file for the show. We follow that file and apply for the necessary approvals on your behalf.

Who builds the stand and what do we get at handover?

Our own crew builds and dismantles it. We walk the stand together the day before opening, run the lighting and power test the same day and hand it over with a written guarantee.

A charging unit on a stand has to stand firmly on the floor, hide its cable and let the visitor pick up the connector. That is where we start when we plan a stand for EV Charge Show: we take the footprint and weight of each unit, produce the platform to match and run the power underneath the floor. In 2025 we built two maxima stands at this show for Hongfa and Eonus; both are described below.

What we do for you at EV Charge Show

We draw the stand, produce it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it at CNR Expo with our own crew and take it down when the show closes. The technical file for the hall management, the electrical application, the graphics and the print are ours to handle. Being based in Istanbul, we can bring a missing part from the workshop to the hall the same day in build week.

Electricity is part of the design on a charging stand. We ask for the power needed for live demonstrations at quote stage, file the hall application with that figure and pull the cables through the inside of the platform. Next to the units we usually place a product information screen and at the back a closed meeting room, because many visitors here are dealers and investors who want to sit down and talk.

Stands we have built at this show

Two projects in 2025: a 28 square metre maxima stand for Hongfa and a 25 square metre maxima stand for Eonus. Both sit in the 25–28 square metre range; at that scale we produce the unit platform separately in timber. Which stand type

Maxima system: printed panels on an aluminium grid, as on the Hongfa and Eonus stands; built in 1–3 days, and we produce the unit platform separately in timber.
Custom timber build: for larger plots and for brands that want a seamless surface; produced in the workshop, built in 2–5 days.
Island and corner stands: the row of units along the open side, the meeting room against the closed one.

Timeline for the 2026 show

EV Charge Show runs 26–28 November 2026 at CNR Expo. We start 8 weeks out with the brief, the 3D visual and the budget; design approval and technical file at 6 weeks; workshop production and print files at 4 weeks; trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop at 1 week; build at CNR in show week, handover walk the day before opening and dismantling at the close. If you come to us later we work out an accelerated programme. Put the fair name, floor area and number of open sides into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours, first concept free.
