What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

How do you display liquid and chemical samples on the stand?

In backlit recesses drawn to the size of the sample. Liquid samples get a sealed shelf; anything that must be kept warm or cold gets a power line at that point from the start. We follow the hall management's safety rules and ask for your sample list at quote stage.

Can you build a closed meeting room?

Yes, and on chemicals stands we usually recommend one. We draw a room with a door, its own lighting and a table, and follow the hall management's height and enclosed-area rules through the technical file correspondence, which is ours.

Who builds the stand at CNR Expo?

Our own crew. The stand goes through a trial assembly in Beylikdüzü before it travels to CNR. We walk it together the day before opening, hand it over with a written guarantee and dismantle it at the close.

What do we need to do about power and other connections?

Nothing beyond telling us what you need. We handle the technical file correspondence with the hall management for power and any other connection and mark the connection points on the stand plan.

TURKCHEM Eurasia exhibition stands

At a chemicals fair the stand is less about showing the product and more about making a conversation possible. When we draw for TURKCHEM we put the sample wall on the aisle and a closed meeting room at the back, so that a distributor talk does not spill into the corridor. We built three stands at CNR Expo in 2025, all described below; EV Charge Show runs at the same venue in the same week.

What we do for you at TURKCHEM Eurasia

We draw the stand, produce it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it at CNR Expo with our own crew and take it down at the close. The technical file for the hall management, the electricity and rigging applications, the graphics and the print are ours.

On a chemicals stand the product is usually a bottle, a jar or a sample card. These go into backlit recesses drawn to their size; a sealed shelf for liquid samples and a power line for anything that has to be kept warm or cold go into the plan from the start. If you are bringing process equipment, a pump or a mixer gets a reinforced platform and the right power supply. In our view the most valuable square metres are the meeting room, so door, acoustics and lighting are planned around it.

Stands we have built at this fair

We do not yet have a published TURKCHEM project, but our work at CNR Expo shows what we do in these halls. In 2025 we built the 110 square metre custom timber stand for Solinved at SolarEX, the 28 square metre maxima stand for Hongfa at EV Charge and the 60 square metre maxima stand for Yazıcılarav at Prohunt, all in the same halls. Our sector page is chemicals; on the paint and coatings side we also build for Turkcoat and for the European Coatings Show in Nuremberg.

Which stand type

Maxima system: for small and medium plots; printed panels on an aluminium grid with timber sample recesses added, built in 1–3 days.
Custom timber build: when the meeting room, the sample wall and a kitchen corner are drawn as one piece; seamless surfaces, built in 2–5 days.
Island and corner stands: sample walls on the open sides, the meeting room against the closed one.

Timeline for the 2026 edition

The fair runs 25–27 November 2026 at CNR Expo. We start 8 weeks out with the brief, the 3D visual and the budget; design approval and technical file at 6 weeks; workshop production and print files at 4 weeks; trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop at 1 week; build at CNR in fair week, handover walk the day before opening and dismantling at the close.
