When should a stand for ANKIROS 2026 be ordered?

Starting by 27 August 2026 for a custom timber stand, or around 24 September 2026 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

We want to run a machine on the stand. What do we need to do?

Send us the weight, the dimensions and the power requirement of the machine. We confirm the floor load with the hall management, add the three-phase electricity and compressed air applications to the technical file and put the forklift slot into the build plan.

Do you build platforms for heavy castings?

We do. The platform is produced in the workshop with steel reinforcement and finished with a cleanable, impact-resistant surface. We ask for the weight of the parts at the quote stage.

What are the height and rigging rules at CNR Expo?

We follow the hall regulations for you. The height limit, the ceiling rigging and the electricity application are prepared in the technical file by us, and we pass the approval on to you.

Who builds and dismantles the stand?

Our own crew. The stand goes through a trial assembly in the workshop before it travels to the hall; the day before opening we walk it together and hand it over with a written guarantee. On the closing evening we dismantle it and arrange the forklift slot for the removal of your machine.

ANKIROS exhibition stands

A foundry, metallurgy or heat treatment company that comes to us for ANKIROS does not have to think about where the heavy part goes; we think about it. For a casting sample, a furnace, a ladle or a running machine we calculate the platform and the floor load in the first drawing, produce the stand in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it at CNR Expo with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes.

What we do for you at ANKIROS

The fair takes place at CNR Expo Istanbul, which has 11 halls and 98,000 square metres of covered space. The technical file, the three-phase electricity and rigging applications, the graphics and the print are ours. If you are running a machine we add the compressed air and water connections to the application; you bring the machine and your team.

On a metal processing stand the product is heavy and dirties everything around it. The platform on which you show castings gets a cleanable finish, and the edges facing the aisle get impact-resistant profiles. Polished machined surfaces get directional spots, raw castings get diffuse light; both are tried with your samples in the lighting test at the workshop. A closed meeting room and a table wide enough to open a technical drawing are always part of the plan.

Which stand type

Custom timber build: 20 to 500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. The route when a heavy platform and a closed meeting room are needed.
Maxima system: 12 to 200 square metres, built in 1–3 days. Our recommendation for companies that want a fast build for a three-day fair; the platform for heavy parts is produced separately.
Island and corner stands: from 36 square metres, with the machine placed on the open side facing the aisle.

Timeline

ANKIROS runs from 22 to 24 October 2026. For this year's fair the 8 week mark has passed; the remaining programme is design approval and the technical file by 10 September, workshop production and print files on 24 September, the trial assembly and lighting test at the workshop on 15 October. Build in the hall during fair week, the handover walk on 21 October and dismantling on the evening of 24 October. For enquiries that reach us after mid-September we first say what can still be done, then run an accelerated programme.
