What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Can we run a packaging machine live on the stand?

Yes. We take the machine's weight, dimensions and power rating at quote stage, produce the floor platform to carry it and file the electrical application with the hall. The machine's route into the hall and its forklift slot go into the build plan from day one.

What about height limits and rigging at Tüyap?

Height and ceiling rigging rules are set out in the hall management's technical file for each fair. We follow that file, and where a tall structure or a hanging element needs approval we apply on your behalf.

Who builds the stand, and when do we take it over?

Our own crew. The stand goes through a trial assembly in Beylikdüzü before it travels to Tüyap. We walk it together the day before opening and hand it over with a written guarantee; at the close we dismantle it ourselves.

Do you handle the graphics and print as well?

Yes. We take your brand guidelines, prepare the stand graphics and have them printed on the same schedule as the production. Print files close 4 weeks before the fair, so your product images need to reach us by then.

Exhibit at the packaging fair at Tüyap with us and you deal with one company from the first sketch to the last screw coming out on closing night. Our workshop and Tüyap are both in Beylikdüzü, so in build week a missing part travels from the workshop to the hall within the day. We built stands here for Grossan and Yeniler Etiket over the last two editions; both are below.

What we do for you at Eurasia Packaging

We draw the stand, produce it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it at Tüyap with our own crew and dismantle it after the fair closes. The technical file for the Tüyap hall management, the electricity and rigging applications, graphics and print are handled by us.

Two things carry a packaging stand: the product wall and the machine. We draw the product wall with recesses sized to your rolls, boxes or bottles so that every item sits in its own light. If you are bringing a running machine, we take its weight and power requirement at the start, reinforce the floor platform accordingly and apply to the hall for the correct electrical supply. A closed back room behind the meeting table keeps samples and catalogues out of view.

Stands we have built at this fair

In 2024 we built a 25 square metre maxima stand for Grossan. In 2025 we built a 100 square metre custom timber stand for Yeniler Etiket ; the project page has ten photographs. Custom timber is what we suggest when free dimensions and seamless surfaces matter. Other stands for the sector are listed on our packaging page, and in December we are back in the same halls for Plast Eurasia.

Which stand type

Custom timber build: for free dimensions and seamless surfaces, as on the Yeniler Etiket stand; produced in the workshop, built at Tüyap in 2–5 days.
Maxima system: printed panels on an aluminium grid, as on the Grossan stand; the choice for small plots and short lead times, built in 1–3 days.
Island and corner stands: with two or three open sides we turn the product wall towards the main aisle.

Timeline for the 2026 edition

The fair runs 13–16 October 2026. A comfortable schedule starts 8 weeks out with the brief, the 3D visual and the budget: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production and print files at 4 weeks, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop at 1 week, then the build at Tüyap in fair week. If you are behind that schedule, we tell you what can still be done and run an accelerated programme; maxima is often the answer then.
