What we do for you at aluminium fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. Delivery of the profile bundles is written into our build schedule; the display wall goes up on day one and the product goes straight into it. The technical file for the hall management, graphics and print, and lighting are ours. For Düsseldorf we run the freight, the ATA Carnet and customs, and our Aachen office gives local support on the German side.

Colour differences between anodised and coated surfaces only show under the right light. We light the sample table from the side with near-white light, so the surface does not glare and the colour chart reads true. Extrusion sections are lined up with large product codes beside them, so a buyer with a catalogue finds the one they are looking for without asking.

Which aluminium fairs we work at

The main fair of the sector is ALUMINIUM Düsseldorf, 6–8 October 2026 at Messe Düsseldorf. In 2025 we built the 96 square metre maxima stand for Alfa Metal and the 42 square metre maxima stand for Eksen Al there. For Alfa Metal we had earlier built a 60 square metre custom timber stand, and the 38 square metre maxima stand for Alkor is also among our work in this sector. Which stand type for an aluminium stand

• Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days to build in the hall. Alfa Metal’s 96 square metre stand and the Eksen Al and Alkor stands were all this system; the aluminium grid sits well next to aluminium product, and the display wall is made as a timber panel fixed to the grid.
• Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days. Alfa Metal’s 60 square metre stand was this type; for uninterrupted surfaces and dimensions drawn for your brand.
• Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days. The profile wall faces the aisle and the meeting area moves to the back.

How we work

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides and the length of the longest profile you will show; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free and comes as a three-dimensional visual; the written budget frame has three options with the scope listed item by item. For Düsseldorf we start 8 weeks before the fair: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4 weeks, trial assembly and dispatch at 1 week. The quote form is here.
