Firearms trade fair stands

General view of the Yazıcılarav stand at the fair 2025 in Istanbul: a 60 sqm maxima system build.

At a firearms fair the product ends up in the visitor’s hands: a shotgun is shouldered, a grip is tested, a scope is pointed down the hall. We build the stand around that contact. Lockable display cases lit from inside, a rack wall that holds a long gun without the barrel drooping, a counter at bench height where the action can be worked. The organiser’s display rules go into our technical file at the start, so nobody is rebuilding a cabinet on build-up day.

What we do for you at firearms fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. Graphics and print, the technical file for the hall management, and for fairs abroad the freight, the ATA Carnet and customs for the stand are ours as well. The firearms themselves travel on your own permits and export papers; we move the cases, the rack wall and the furniture.

Two things get extra time in this sector: security and light. Lock type, glass thickness and the night cover are drawn to the organiser’s display rules. Lighting comes in at an angle that shows the grain of the wood and the finish of the metal; a polished barrel under the wrong lamp turns into a white smear. For optics we keep a long sight line.

Which firearms fairs we work at

In Turkey, Istanbul Prohunt Hunting, Arms and Outdoor Fair runs at CNR Expo Istanbul; the next edition is 2–5 June 2027. In 2025 we built the 60 square metre maxima stand for Yazıcılarav there. In Europe, IWA OutdoorClassics at Messezentrum Nürnberg is on 4–7 March 2027; in 2025 the 60 square metre maxima stand for Ağaoğlu Silah was our build; at German fairs our Aachen office gives local support. For SHOT Show in Las Vegas (19–22 January 2027) we work with freight and customs included.

Which stand type for a firearms stand

  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days. Both 2025 stands were maxima builds; the cases and the rack wall are fixed to the aluminium grid.
  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. For brands that want recessed cabinets, an uninterrupted surface that sits well next to walnut stocks, and a closed meeting room.

On a plot with two open sides the rifle wall faces the aisle.

How we work

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area and the number of open sides; within 48 hours you get a free first concept in three dimensions and a written budget in three options, scope itemised. A comfortable schedule starts 8 weeks before the fair: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4, trial assembly and lighting test at 1. For IWA the road transit to Nuremberg is added to that. The quote form is here.

Frequently asked

How do you mount the firearms, and are the cases lockable?
Long guns sit on two-point racks that hold barrel and stock; handguns go into lockable glass cases. Lock, glass and the night cover follow the organiser’s display rules, and we track the Prohunt and IWA rules in the technical file.
Who ships the stand to Nuremberg and who clears customs?
We do. The stand leaves the workshop by road, we open the ATA Carnet and we handle the border crossing; that is how every stand of ours travels to Nuremberg. Your samples go separately on their own permits.
How many days does the build take, and is it your own crew?
Our own crew builds and dismantles. A 60 square metre maxima stand is standing in the hall within 1–3 days; for a custom timber build we plan 2–5 days. We walk the stand together the day before opening and hand over the cabinet keys.
What should we send for a quote?
The fair name and dates, your floor area in square metres, the number of open sides and a list of the products you will show. Add the length of any long-barrelled product; the rack wall is drawn to it. The first concept is free.
