Automation trade fair stands

General view of the Trex stand at the fair 2024 in Istanbul: a 42 sqm maxima system build.

On an automation stand the product moves, and the visitor wants to see the robot pick and place, the line stop and restart. We build the stand around the live demo: a plinth with a calculated floor load and a safety fence for the robot cell, a separate circuit and recessed cable duct for every demo, a screen wall for the control panel and the software, and a closed room at the back for engineering conversations. If the demo is not running the stand is empty, so the power and air needs go into the technical file during the first week.

What we do for you at automation fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it with our own crew and take it down afterwards. Graphics and print are ours. The technical file for the hall and, for fairs abroad, the freight, ATA Carnet and customs are ours as well; power, compressed air and internet needs go into that technical file. You bring the equipment and the engineers; we walk the stand with the demos running the day before opening.

A robot cell enters by forklift; the sequence is floor and plinth first, then the cell, then the walls. The safety fence keeps visitors off the product without blocking the view. Sensors, drives and control components go on a lit display wall, panels into a cabinet with an opening door. Screens are recessed into the wall with a ventilation gap behind; a seated station for the software demo is separate.

Which fairs we work at

In Turkey, at the Industry 4.0 Fair in 2024 we built the 42 square metre maxima stand for Trex at CNR Expo Istanbul; the photograph is on its project page. WIN EURASIA runs from 2 to 5 June 2027 in Istanbul. In Germany, HANNOVER MESSE runs from 5 to 8 April 2027 at Deutsche Messe Hanover, where we built the Öz Metal 2023 and Genç Bombe 2025 stands; at German fairs our Aachen office supports on site. Electronics and software companies also have our information technology page.

Which stand type for an automation stand

  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; screens and displays hang on the profile and the cable runs inside it; the Trex stand is this type.
  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days; for stands that want a robot plinth, recessed screens and a quiet meeting room.
  • Double-decker stand: 60–600 square metres, built in 4–8 days; meetings move upstairs and the ground floor is left to the demo.

How we work

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area and the number of open sides, and the weight and power requirement of the demo equipment. We reply within 48 hours; the first concept is free, with a 3D visual. The written budget has three options, scope listed item by item. With a live demo we like to start 8 weeks before the fair; the technical file correspondence and the trial assembly take time. The quote form opens here.

Our stand types: size and on-site build time

We produce all of them in our own workshop. The size range and on-site build time come from our recorded projects; if you are undecided we draw two types for the same floor area and show them side by side.

Frequently asked

Can we run the robot cell on the stand?
Yes. We take the weight and dimensions and do the floor load calculation, plinth and safety fence at the start; the power and air needs and the entry slot are settled with the hall through the technical file.
What happens if the power to the demos fails?
Every demo gets its own circuit, and the power rating is calculated from the equipment list and written into the technical file with a margin. During the trial assembly in the workshop your equipment is connected and run; the circuit plan is finished before the stand travels.
Who builds and dismantles the stand?
Our own crew. The stand is assembled once in the workshop, then goes to the hall; your engineers connect the equipment and we hand over the power and network line ready. After the fair we dismantle it.
What should we send for a quote?
The fair name and dates, the floor area, the number of open sides, a floor plan if available, and the list of demo equipment with weight, dimensions and power requirement. Add the number of meeting tables you need.
