Agriculture trade fair stands

A large share of agriculture fairs are built outdoors, or in a layout where an indoor hall meets an outdoor area. A stand built outdoors falls into a different structural class from one inside: wind load is calculated, the ground fixing method is chosen within what the venue allows, and the possibility of rain determines the roof structure. Trying to solve both situations with one drawing is the most common mistake in this sector. If heavy equipment is on display, the order is the same as at a machinery fair: the equipment goes in first, the stand follows. The aisle left clear for a crane or a tractor determines the platform limits and the load-bearing structure. Floor loading capacity depends on the ground conditions outdoors and on the regulations indoors. The visitor profile at agriculture fairs is mixed: growers, dealers and corporate buyers come to the same stand. You talk to a grower standing up, to a dealer at a table and to a corporate buyer in an enclosed space. The stand has to carry all three conversations at once; a single table does not cover them. Production is completed in our Istanbul workshop, the stand is fully assembled and checked before it ships, and our own crew installs.
