Agriculture trade fair stands
On an agriculture stand the product is either in the soil or on the machine. Soil-filled display beds for seed, fertiliser and seedlings; a floor that carries the load of a tractor, a plough or an irrigation rig; a real section of greenhouse built inside the stand for greenhouse systems. We draw the stand to whichever of these is yours, so a farmer or a dealer sees the product by handling it.
What we do for you at agriculture fairs
We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and dismantle it when the fair closes. The delivery slot and forklift requirement for your equipment are agreed with the hall management by us; the floor loading notice and the water application go into our technical file. Graphics and print are ours; for fairs abroad so are the stand freight, the ATA Carnet and customs. Your machine arrives with your own forwarder; placement is in the build-up programme.
The scale is large on an agriculture stand, so we keep the walls low and the product high; the tractor should be visible from the aisle. Seed and fertiliser companies bring soil and water, so a sealed base and a water connection are on the plan from the start. If an irrigation system is to run, we draw a closed tank that circulates the water and nothing spills onto the hall floor.
Which agriculture fairs we work at
On the livestock side, EuroTier at Deutsche Messe Hannover runs on 10–13 November 2026, AGROS Expo in Moscow on 20–22 January 2027 and VIV MEA in Abu Dhabi on 23–25 November 2027; see our livestock page for those. We know the Hanover halls, where we built the 182 square metre maxima stand for Emintosun at LIGNA 2025, and in Germany our Aachen office gives local support. Which stand type for an agriculture stand
- Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, built in 3–6 days. The machine in the middle with all four sides walkable; our first suggestion for agricultural machinery.
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. Soil bed, sealed base and a closed meeting room from a single hand.
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days. An aluminium grid that goes up quickly around the machine once it is in the hall.
How we work
Fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides; within 48 hours you get a free first concept in three dimensions and a written budget in three options, scope itemised. Start 8 weeks before the fair: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4, trial assembly and lighting test at 1. Frequently asked
- Can you take a tractor or large equipment onto the stand?
- Yes. Give us the weight and dimensions in the brief and we calculate the floor loading, reinforce the footprint and agree the forklift route and delivery slot with the hall management. The stand floor is finished before the machine arrives.
- Can we use soil and water on the stand?
- You can. We produce soil beds with a sealed base for seed and seedlings, and we apply to the hall management for the water connection together with the technical file. In a hall without a water supply we build a circuit that runs on a closed tank.
- Who handles freight and customs for Moscow and Abu Dhabi?
- We do. The stand goes through a trial assembly in the workshop and is then shipped; we open the ATA Carnet and clear customs, and our crew is in the hall for build-up week. Your machine travels separately on its own export papers.
- When should we start?
- For a custom timber build, 8 weeks before the fair; for a maxima system, 4 weeks. Fairs abroad add transit time, so start early; if a job comes in late we first tell you what can still be done.
