Packaging trade fair stands

General view of the Yeniler Etiket stand during Eurasia Packaging 2025: a green brand fascia on a dark body, timber display niches and meeting tables.

A packaging stand has two things on it: hundreds of products on shelves and a machine running in the middle. We draw the stand to carry both. The product wall is produced with shelves divided to product size and lit from inside, so boxes, bottles and label rolls do not blur into each other. For the machine, floor load, power and compressed air go into the technical file from the start. Buyers want to take a sample away with them, so a sampling counter faces the aisle.

What we do for you at packaging fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. If you bring a machine it enters the stand on the first build day and the stand closes around it; we declare the power and air needs to the hall management in the technical file and your technicians start the machine. Graphics and print, lighting and furniture are ours. For fairs abroad such as Nuremberg we run the freight, the ATA Carnet and customs, and our Aachen office gives local support on the German side.

For labels and printed packaging, correct colour is part of the sale. The product wall is lit with near-white light, with spots angled so glossy surfaces do not reflect. The meeting table goes into the corner furthest from the machine noise; if you want a closed room we add it to the plan.

Which packaging fairs we work at

In Turkey the main meeting of the sector is Eurasia Packaging Istanbul, 13–16 October 2026 at Tüyap. We built the 100 square metre custom timber stand for Yeniler Etiket there in 2025 and the 25 square metre maxima stand for Grossan in 2024. For plastic packaging, Plast Eurasia Istanbul runs 2–5 December 2026, also at Tüyap. In Germany, FACHPACK is on 21–23 September 2027 at Messezentrum Nürnberg; we work there with freight and customs included.

Which stand type for a packaging stand

  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days to build in the hall. The Yeniler Etiket stand was this type; in this type the internally lit product wall, the sampling counter and the closed meeting room are produced as one body.
  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days. The Grossan stand was this system; the shelves are made as timber panels and fixed to the grid.
  • Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days. The machine in the centre, the product wall in the corner facing both open sides.

How we work

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides, your product groups and, if you bring one, the dimensions of the machine; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free and three-dimensional; the written budget frame has three options with the scope listed item by item. Starting 8 weeks before the fair gives a comfortable schedule: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production and print files at 4 weeks, trial assembly in the workshop at 1 week. Frequently asked

Can we run a labelling machine on the stand?
Yes. The power and air ratings go into the technical file, we obtain the circuit from the hall management and the machine footprint is the first thing placed on the plan. The machine goes in on the first build day and the stand closes afterwards.
How do you fit hundreds of products onto one wall?
The shelves are divided by product group: deep and tall for bottles, hanging for label rolls, shallow for boxes. Send us your product list and the concept shows the shelf layout.
What do you provide for sample distribution?
A sampling counter facing the aisle with a lockable cupboard behind it. The daily sample boxes stay in the cupboard and the counter is restocked each morning.
How many days is the build, and when should we arrive?
A custom timber build takes 2–5 days in the hall, a maxima system 1–3 days. You come for the handover walk the day before opening; if you like, we fill the product shelves together that day.
