On a woodworking machinery stand the machine runs, chips fly and there is noise. We draw the stand for that: the machine footprint, service clearance and chip extraction connection go onto the plan first, and the walls and meeting area fit into what is left. Power and compressed air are written into the technical file from the start. Visitors want to check the cut quality with their hands, so the outfeed side of the machine faces the aisle with a sample wall for finished pieces beside it.
We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. The machine’s entry, its weight and the power and air needs go into the technical file; the correspondence with the hall management is ours. Your machine is set in place on the first build day, the stand closes around it from day two and your technicians start it on the last day. For Hanover the freight, ATA Carnet and customs are our job, and our Aachen office gives local support on the German side.
A brand wall disappears easily next to a large machine. We balance the wall height against the machine, put the logo high enough to be read from the aisle and pull the meeting table into the corner furthest from the noise.
The main fair of the sector is LIGNA in Germany, next on 10–14 May 2027 at Deutsche Messe Hanover. In 2025 we built the 182 square metre maxima stand for Emintosun there; the photograph is on its project page. In Turkey, WoodTech Istanbul runs 22–25 October 2026 at Tüyap, under the same roof as Intermob. We work outside fairs too: in 2025 we built an 8 square metre event stand for Forma Makina at Çırağan Palace; launch and event work is on the showroom and events page.
Send the fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides and the dimensions and weights of the machines you will bring; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free and three-dimensional; the written budget frame has three options with the scope listed item by item. For Hanover we start 8 weeks before the fair: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4 weeks, trial assembly and dispatch at 1 week. The quote form opens here.
Dates come from the organisers’ official sites; past fairs drop off the list. The link on each row opens a quote form with the fair name and dates filled in.
