Stationery trade fair stands

A stationery stand carries small products in large variety, and the buyer walking past has an order list in hand. We build the stand around shelving: a lit product wall that shows pens, notebooks and school ranges in series, a counter in front where a sample can be picked up and tried, and a closed meeting corner at the back where the order is discussed. The moment a product looks cheap the buyer moves on, so we keep the shelf lighting and the surface materials at shop-fitting quality.

What we do for you at stationery fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it with our own crew and take it down afterwards. Graphics and print are ours; so is the technical file for the hall management, the electricity application and, for fairs abroad, the freight, ATA Carnet and customs. You bring the products; we walk the stand together with the shelves filled the day before opening.

The look of the stand depends on how full the shelves are, so the design starts with a written shelf count and which product group goes where. Shelves are drawn to packaging size: deep shelves for notebooks, angled channels for pens, a hanging rail for school bags. The product wall faces the open side and carries the brand band in one piece, so a buyer in the aisle recognises the product from a distance. A lockable back room for catalogues and sample boxes goes into most plans.

Which fairs we work at

In Turkey the stationery and school supply fairs gather in Istanbul, in the halls of Tüyap and CNR Expo; our Istanbul page explains how we build at both venues. For German fairs our Aachen office gives support on site. For our work with small products, Evafone 2026 Istanbul is a 12 square metre maxima stand we built at CNR Expo, and Doqu Home at imm cologne 2023 is a 28 square metre timber stand we built in Cologne.

Which stand type for a stationery stand

  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in the hall in 1–3 days; the shelving wall hangs on the aluminium profile, and it is our first suggestion when the budget and the calendar are tight.
  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days; for recessed shelves, uninterrupted surfaces and lighting hidden inside the shelf.
  • Portable stand: 4–20 square metres, built in a day; a transportable display for dealer meetings and small fair plots.

How we work

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area and the number of open sides; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept comes as a three-dimensional visual and is free of charge. The written budget has three options, scope listed item by item. Starting 8 weeks before the fair is comfortable: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4, trial assembly in the workshop at 1. Later than that, we run an accelerated programme. The quote form is here.

Our stand types: size and on-site build time

We produce all of them in our own workshop. The size range and on-site build time come from our recorded projects; if you are undecided we draw two types for the same floor area and show them side by side.

Frequently asked

Do we bring the shelving or do you make it?
We make it. Give us your packaging sizes and the number of units per shelf and we draw the depth and spacing accordingly. If you would rather use your own shop shelving, we integrate it and strengthen the structure to carry it.
Who places hundreds of products on the shelves?
Usually your own team, and because we agree which shelf carries which group at the design stage, the placement goes quickly. If you prefer us to do it, we ask for the product list and the planogram before production starts.
How many days does the build take, and when should the products arrive?
A maxima stand is built in 1–3 days in the hall, a timber stand in 2–5 days. Best if the boxes arrive on the last build day; they go into the back room and the shelf filling starts from there.
What should we send for a quote?
The fair name and dates, the floor area, the number of open sides, a floor plan if available, and a list of the product groups you want to show. The number of groups sets the shelf length.
