Builds at Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Munich and Nuremberg through our German office. No design starts before the technical regulations are read.

Germany is the centre of gravity for industrial trade fairs, and site discipline is built to match. Build-up hours are kept to the minute, documents are asked for and rules are not bent. That is an advantage if you arrive prepared and a wall if you do not.
Our stands have gone up at fairs including PaintExpo and Interwire, with our German office running site coordination locally. Production happens in our workshop in Turkey and freight and customs stay in the same contract.
You do not need to appoint a local contractor yourself. Site work and correspondence with the organiser sit inside our contract, in German. For other countries, see the Europe page.

German venues are spread across cities and each carries its own industry calendar. The list below shows the ones we work at regularly; exhibitor manuals and technical regulations come from these venues at registration.

| Messe Düsseldorf | Düsseldorf |
| Koelnmesse | Cologne |
| Messe München | Munich |
| NürnbergMesse | Nuremberg |

Three things stand out. First, materials: hung surfaces need a flame retardant certificate and it is checked on site. Second, rigging: anything fixed to the roof needs an application and a structural sign-off. Third, second storeys, which depend on permission, hall height and floor loading.
These conditions are written in the technical regulations of venues such as Messe Frankfurt and Messe Düsseldorf. We read them before design starts, and the structure is worked out accordingly on the metalwork side.
No. Venues allow exhibitors to appoint their own contractor, and we hold the documents and insurance a building contractor is asked for.
We do. Technical correspondence after registration, order forms and site applications run in German; the exhibitor only sees the approval steps.
It is refused or taken down. Certificates for print materials travel with the build-up file; the detail is on the graphics and print page.
On the left, the 3D visual presented to the client; on the right, the same stand photographed on the show floor. The gap between the two is the summary of how we work.

The fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides are enough. We come back within two working days with a concept and a budget range.
