Test Equipment trade fair stands
A test instrument has to be running on the stand; a closed box stops nobody. We build the stand around the bench where the demonstration happens: vibration-free, level, drawn to the weight of the instrument, with a cable duct underneath and light above that does not reflect in the screen. The screen showing the reading faces the aisle; the instrument itself sits at a height where a visitor can put a hand on it.
What we do for you at test equipment fairs
We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. The power plan is drawn from your instrument list: how many sockets on which bench, which instrument needs its own circuit, all written into the technical file so we can request the connections from the hall management ourselves. Graphics and print, furniture and lighting are ours. Your instruments arrive on the last build day, when the benches and circuits are ready for them.
Conversations in this sector run on technical specifications, so we draw a small meeting room with a door that closes, away from the demo bench, with space on the table for a laptop and the product catalogue. Calibration and certification documents get a readable area on the wall.
Which fairs we work at
In Turkey the Kalite Quality Fair is on 4–7 November 2026 at ATO Congresium in Ankara. In this sector we built the 36 square metre custom timber stand for Pcs Test; the photograph is on its project page. We also work in Istanbul at WIN EURASIA and the Industry 4.0 Fair, where test equipment producers exhibit. Stands for the automation and machinery and industry producers we see in the same halls are on their own pages.
Which stand type for a test equipment stand
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days to build in the hall. The Pcs Test stand was this type; the bench, cable duct and closed room are produced as one body.
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days. Our suggestion for a few instruments on a short calendar; the bench is made separately in timber and fixed to the grid.
- Portable stand: 4–20 square metres, built in a day. For congress exhibitions and small plots where you bring a single instrument.
How we work
Send the fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides and a list of the instruments you will show with their dimensions and weights; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free and comes as a three-dimensional visual; the written budget frame has three options. Starting 8 weeks before the fair gives a comfortable schedule: design approval at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4 weeks, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop at 1 week. Frequently asked
- Our instruments are sensitive. Will the hall floor vibrate?
- The demo bench stands on its own legs directly on the hall floor rather than on the stand platform, and the top is made from thick board. Tell us your tolerance and we detail the bench to it.
- Can each instrument have its own power circuit?
- Yes. We declare the number of circuits in the technical file according to the power ratings on your list and obtain the connections from the hall management. Instruments that need uninterrupted power get a separate circuit.
- Will the screens and the lighting interfere with each other?
- The demo screen faces the aisle and the spotlights are aimed away from it. At the trial assembly in the workshop we run the lighting test with the screens mounted.
- Who carries the instruments onto the stand and who connects them?
- We plan the transport; your technical team makes the connections, with benches and circuits waiting on the last build day. At dismantling your instruments come off first and the stand comes down afterwards.
