Kalite Quality Fair exhibition stands
The quality manager who walks onto your stand at the Kalite Quality Fair wants to see the instrument running, place the sample themselves and read the measurement on the screen. We build the stand for that: a solid, vibration-free demonstration counter, power next to the instrument, light that keeps the screen readable and a table at the back where an offer can be discussed. We know this sector; in 2025 we built the 36 square metre timber stand for Pcs Test.
What we do for you at the Kalite Quality Fair
We draw the stand in Beylikdüzü and send a three-dimensional visual for approval. Production is in our own workshop: the demonstration counter, the instrument niche and the closed meeting room are made there and go through a trial assembly. Then the lorry goes to Ankara; as a domestic job there is no customs, freight is ours and your instruments can travel on the same lorry as the stand. We handle the technical file and the power order with ATO Congresium and follow the venue rules as written. Our own crew builds the stand and dismantles it on the evening of 7 November.
Test equipment is sensitive, so the counter is built on its own structure, separate from the stand walls; when a visitor leans on the wall the instrument does not move. Which stand type for the Kalite Quality Fair
- Custom timber build: the Pcs Test stand was this type; instrument counter on its own structure, seamless surfaces, closed room; 20–500 square metres, 2–5 build days.
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; a quick solution for companies exhibiting with a few instruments and screens.
- Portable stand: 4–20 square metres, built in one day; for companies exhibiting with a single instrument.
Schedule
The fair runs 4–7 November 2026. A comfortable programme: brief, first concept and budget on 9 September; design approval and technical file on 23 September; workshop production and print on 7 October; trial assembly, lighting test and dispatch on 28 October. Build in the hall during fair week, handover walk on 3 November, dismantling on the evening of 7 November. If the date is close we first tell you what an accelerated programme can still deliver; as a domestic job an accelerated programme with a maxima stand is easier to set up. - We ask for the weight, dimensions and power rating of the instrument. The counter is built on a structure independent of the stand walls, the power point goes next to the instrument, and we order the supply from the venue.
- Do you take our instruments to Ankara?
- We can. The instruments travel on the same lorry as the stand in your own packaging; in the hall we build the stand first and then place the instruments. After the fair they return to Istanbul on the same lorry.
- Can the stand have a closed meeting room and a lockable cupboard?
- Yes. On stands of this kind we draw a room with a table and a lockable cupboard at the back; offers and spare samples stay there. Door and walls are produced in the workshop.
- How many build days, and whose crew?
- Our own crew builds: maxima in 1–3 days, timber in 2–5 days. We follow ATO Congresium's build hours and do the handover walk with you the day before opening.
